Shinobi Restaurant & Bar

Went in yesterday to celebrate father's day. We were greeted as soon as we entered and sat down. The waitress was super attentive and accommodating. We ordered the chicken katsu bento, it was juicy crispy and tender our toddler loved it! I had the miso glazed bento which was cooked to perfection, the flavors were respected and balanced. My hubby ordered the beef Yaki udon the noodles were great and the beef was rich and flavorful. As an appetizer I tried their takoyaki, it melted in my mouth! My FIL ordered the shrimp fried rice, the spiderroll and he loved it all! My SIL ordered the sweetheart roll, temptation roll and both were gobbled up very quickly! For dessert I ordered their mango sticky rice and a side of icecream, it was very yummy and the icecream I combined it with took it up a notch. Great little place! Their bathrooms could be cleaned a bit though and it did get a bit warm indoors but other than that everything was amazing! Will come back again ❤️

We were blown away by this place! I cant wait to go back every time because its really good. Its new but they will start booking up. The staff is so friendly and again the food is amazing!

We came for the first time and were really impressed with the service and food. It was fresh and delicious. The staff were really friendly and knowledgeable. We ordered shitake peppers, paradise roll, pineapple express rice w/shrimp,Italy roll, yakitori chicken meatballs and temptation roll. All were great. Will definitely come back again soon.

We had the best time here! We came for a date night and loved being able to try a variety of dishes together. It made the whole experience feel fun and interactive. Our servers were incredibly informative and attentive, offering great recommendations and explaining each dish in detail. The food was exceptionally fresh, full of flavor, and beautifully prepared. We’ll definitely be back!

Driving through Arlington during lunch hours and was in the mood for sushi. I did a Goggle search and found Shinobi. The lay out is very nice and the staff is very welcoming. Hy (He) my waiter was very knowledgeable and explained the extensive menu to me. I ordered two orders of Yakatori which are grilled kabobs. One was chicken wings the other was garlic shrimp. They bother were delicious. I also ordered the lunch special of two sushi rolls which were a specialty roll and traditional roll. The specialty roll was the Shinobi Roll and the Traditional Roll was the Dynamite Roll. The Kabobs were very flavorful specifically the chicken wings. I dont know what they were seasoned with but they were different in a good way. The Dynamite roll and Shinobi roll were both fresh and flavorful. The price was very reasonable for lunch considerinf the amount of food I ate. I look forward to visiting again and definitely recommend a visit if you're in the area.
