Sign in to reviewFirst and foremost, I never write reviews, but this was my first time at this store and I needed new glasses ASAP. I was so grateful to be helped by Richard Singh. I usually bring a friend or family member with me because I’m incredibly indecisive when choosing frames, but Richard was so friendly and honest that he made the process super easy. If you’re looking for someone who will give you a straight answer and friendliness, I definitely recommend asking for Richard!
So happy to have discovered this place. I went in with my own purchased frames. But there is certainly NO need to do this. They have an incredible selection of frames. Amazing designer frames. All cool and there for you. I saw at least 3 more that I would love to have. I had 2 pair of glasses made. With my new prescription, progressives. I originally opted for the slightly less expensive lenses. They were too thick. I learned that within 2 weeks Site for Sore Eyes with make adjustments for you. Brian took terrific care of me both times. He was very clear as to the cost of the thinner frames. Listen to him! Its not much more but SO worth it! NO need to go downtown for my frames. Right here in the neighborhood. Terrific experience and easy parking. I highly recommend these guys....... Greg
I went in because my eye glasses were badly bent. I asked if they did repairs, Eriks said yes, but warned me there was a possibility that they could break (the arm was pretty baby bent 😵💫). She gave them to Miguel who did an amazing job! You could not tell that they had been bent before and they fit perfectly! Go there! They are super nice and helpful! I plan to go back when I get a new prescription! Thank you Miguel & Erika!
Went into the store to help with a quick repair for my glasses (which I did not buy at the shop). They told me they didn't have the right screw ( generic) to repair it. I was willing to buy the screw and/or pay for repair. They doubled down and they said they didn't have that type of screw. I went to Pacific Rim Optical up the street. They immediately put the screw in and didn't charge me. 2 mins and it was done.
Do not go here! I went for an exam about 6 months ago. Exam went fine, the doctor gave me a prescription for my glasses and two different contacts, one colored and one regular one. I tested the colored ones there and it fit great. When I received my order I just assumed it should fit so did not try on immediately. A month passes and I decided to use them and they do not fit properly. When I called to get it adjusted the dude on the phone told me I had to pay for another full exam!! What in the world?? He told me because it was past 30 days. Having that poor experience I no longer wanted to order anything through them. So I called to get my prescription emailed so I could order elsewhere and they sent me a screen shot of their computer program that stored patient records!! I told the guy this can not be accepted to order contacts and then he sent me an exam report?!?!? Utter incompetence, the worse medical service I've ever received. Plenty of places better to go including Costco.
