Avoid this place LOL! Not only do they not greet you when you walk in, the person at the counter doesn't know what hair shampoo to use to help promote hair growth. First she said they have it, but it'll be $40 to $70. I then tell her that's ok and if they have the products. She says yes, walks me over to the products, asks me again what I'm looking for and then says they do not have it. I then ask if she knows any names I can use so I can go some where else and she's says no. I then ask again to be very clear, "so you do not know any names of hair growth shampoos or products?" She again says no, so I leave. Why is she working there if she doesn't know anything? I'm so confused haha.

Love this nails supply store!!! Very friendly and helpful, they have many many brands to choose from and their prices are incredible. A lot of variety of acrylic powders from Glam and glitz $5, mood effects as well $9( beautiful colors) , Gel Nail colors from OPI $12, DND duos $5.50 & $6.50, Gelish, Essie, and so many more. If you own a nail salon or just love to do nails , this place is a must!!! Really recommend.

Purchased two bottles of Redken EQ Shades 010t, 010p both 2fl oz and a 16fl oz bottle of process solution and all my products were open and used I’ll Never buy from this place again

such a hidden gem, they carry opi, apres, chaun legends, venalisa, and a lot of smaller brands that kind of remind me of korean gels tbh. fair prices for everything, this is where i got my hello kitty apres omni light and i love ittt will def be going back again and again :)

I went in today and experienced the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Not only were the employees rude they were pushy and not helpful one bit. I was in the middle of shopping when the lady (the owner I believe) asked me if I wanted to pay as I’m still looking around. Ultimately I felt rushed. I then proceeded to ask a question about a refund because my sister shops here all the time and the EMPLOYEES gave her the wrong nail tips. Now when I went in the nail tips had been moved to the isle so I didn’t need to ask them for them but as I was checking out I proceeded to ask her and she totally ignored me. I was on the phone with my sister as she sat there listening to the staff ignore me completely. She then proceed to take my payment without even telling me the total cost at all which I find a huge issue because they could definitely be over charging us. Overall the store is nice they do have great products but definitely can be found elsewhere for cheaper. i have been told that this lady who helped me in particular which I believe to be the store owner is very rude. I’ve also been told the young lady in there is by far the most helpful and nicest but overall I did not get to experience a helpful nice environment instead was greeted with rudeness.
