Sunshine Beauty Supply

Sunshine Beauty Supply is a beauty supply store at 925 Behrman Hwy #7 in Terrytown, Louisiana. It serves shoppers looking for beauty products and salon-related supplies, with customer reviews mentioning wigs, nail products, and equipment. If you are visiting for a specific item, especially professional nail supplies, it is worth confirming the store’s purchasing requirements before making the trip: customers report that some nail products are sold wholesale and may require a professional license or account.

Shoppers have described a selection of wigs and beauty products, and one visitor who was in town from Dallas said a team member helped her choose a wig with honesty and professionalism. She later received compliments on her purchase. Other customers have also praised staff for answering questions and directing them to products. These experiences suggest the store may be useful for shoppers who appreciate in-person assistance when comparing options, including people looking for a wig or browsing beauty supplies locally.

A key detail for nail shoppers is that access may depend on the product and whether you have a license. Several reviewers who wanted supplies for doing their own acrylic nails said they could not buy the items they came for because they did not have professional credentials. One customer said an employee was polite while explaining the license requirement and offered to add them to the system, while another expressed disappointment at learning about the restriction only after arriving. Calling ahead to ask whether your intended purchases are available to the public can help set expectations.

Reviews also reflect different experiences with service and product support. Some visitors describe helpful, courteous employees and a clean store; one reviewer, however, reported a broken nail-grinding machine and an unsatisfactory conversation about warranty support. The business has a 3.6-star rating from 42 reviews, so shoppers may find it useful to consider both positive and critical feedback. Sunshine Beauty Supply is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., closed Saturday, and open Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. For a local stop in Terrytown, check current hours and confirm product eligibility before visiting, particularly if you are shopping for wholesale nail supplies.
