The owner is amazing every time I love coming here she helped me pick out a wig today. I have been coming here since 2018 when I come back I’ll ask if I can take photos and stuff but it’s an amazing location and their staff is incredibly helpful and never feel judged when I’m in here like sometimes going into beauty places, you can feel like judged, but that never happens here. I never feel like that’s happening to me. They’re super nice super sweet and I recommend everybody come here. I always feel welcome and wanted in the space and I love that! They also have great items!

Make sure to double your receipt as they will OVERCHARGE YOU. The cashier literally looked at the price on the package and still proceeded to overcharge me for the items . I usually don’t go to this store and this was my first time back in awhile. I definitely won’t be returning! When she input the price I thought I had confused it but nope she knew what she was doing . Please double check your receipts and items because they’ll try it. I was charged $3.99 TWICE for items that were $2.99

This is my GO-TO beauty supply for all of my beauty needs...AND MORE! They are always super welcoming and helpful when I need anything from them. I ran in 2 minutes after closing and they still let me get my items. I really appreciated being able to still get my items as I was taking a super early morning flight out to California for my birthday Cruise. I had to have my clacking fan to do the line dance for the "BOOTS ON THE GROUND" song! They are TRUE Lifesavers! LOL. (And YES!! they played my song on the cruise ship and thanks to Supreme Beauty‼️...I HAD MY FAN and was READY to danc and CLACK THAT FAN‼️) I will continue to choose Supreme Beauty EVERY TIME!🤗 THANKS FOR ALWAYS BEING AMAZING!

Im sorry but the staff is so friendly and approachable. I love the store. I could get lost in there. Great variety and customer service.

I had a really bad experience here and I suspect it was racially motivated. I was really excited to purchase a wig when out of nowhere and without warning one of the workers yells at me that I need to purchase a wig cap, BUT didn’t offer to sell me one, just grabbed the wig out of my hands and proceeded to put it back on the shelf. I was going to spend at least $100 that day on various wigs and products. She was extremely rude and aggressive for a $34 display wig so I assume she is not the owner of the store with that kind of attitude. I will never shop here again. She made it very clear that I or my money was not welcome. I’ve never experienced anything like this before and I suspect it was bias due to my appearance. I am a black woman that wasn’t as put together as I usually am that day. I usually prefer Empire Beauty on Cullen because of their vast selection so NOT shopping here again will be an extremely easy choice for me. The point is, they will gladly take your money and also gladly disrespect and belittle you when they think you are not going to make a purchase. I gave the worker (Asian lady) some constructive feedback that she was rude and aggressive and that while I was going to purchase the wig she grabbed out of my hands, I will no longer be doing so and will NEVER return to the store again. It probably doesn’t matter to her but just wanted to warn you that they WILL judge and treat you accordingly based on your outward appearance. I suspect it was because I’m a black woman who was not dressed up so she figured she could be as racist as she wanted to be with no consequence.
