Supreme Hair & Beauty in Arlington is hands down one of the best beauty supply stores I’ve visited! The store is very well organized, which makes it easy to find exactly what you need without feeling overwhelmed. Their prices are great, and you can tell they care about offering quality products at reasonable rates. The customer service was also a highlight — friendly, helpful, and professional. I truly appreciate businesses that combine organization, affordability, and excellent service, and Supreme Hair & Beauty does just that. I’ll definitely be returning!

Ouuuuu I had to stop by my favorite beauty store in Arlington to bring them some treats, which I drive 15 minutes every time. When I need a new look Supreme Hair & Beauty is the one stop shop I go too. I’m telling yall this is the beat beauty store I have ever been too, the staff over there are very helpful. The manager Irene and Kim in the wig department is “Outstanding” hands down.

I would like to recognize Irene, the store manager at Supreme Hair and Beauty Arlington, for her exceptional kindness, compassion, and outstanding customer service. On Friday, I rode my Segway scooter to Supreme Hair and Beauty Arlington to purchase a few beauty items. On the way there, I was involved in a serious accident in the parking lot next to the beauty supply store after going over a speed bump. I was thrown from my scooter and injured. My knee was torn up very badly and bleeding, but I still managed to make it into the store. As soon as Irene saw me limping, she immediately asked what had happened. She wouldn't even let me check out my items first. Instead, she took me straight to the back of the store, got her first aid kit, carefully poured peroxide over my injured knee, cleaned the wound, and bandaged it. She made my well-being her priority before anything else. After she finished taking care of me, I was able to purchase my items and safely make it home. Her kindness, compassion, and willingness to help someone she had never met meant more to me than words can express. In a world where people are often too busy to notice someone in need, Irene went above and beyond without hesitation. Her actions reflect the kind of leader she is and the values she brings to Supreme Hair and Beauty Arlington every day. Thank you, Irene, for your professionalism, your caring heart, and for treating me with such genuine compassion during a painful and frightening experience. Supreme Hair and Beauty Arlington is incredibly fortunate to have you as its store manager. I will never forget your kindness, and I wholeheartedly recommend this store because of the outstanding customer service and care I received.

As a male customer, I don’t always know exactly what I need or where to go, but she consistently points me in the right direction with a smile every time. Her friendliness and excitement truly stand out. We’ve built a great rapport and even share a few laughs during my visits, which makes the experience that much better. While everyone provides excellent customer service, Alyza goes above and beyond. It genuinely feels like I have a personal salesperson whenever I come in. I truly appreciate her continued help and outstanding attitude. She is a valuable asset to your team.

The atmosphere is calm and refreshing. The staff was amazing and friendly. What I liked most about the store was that the employees would see me looking confused and offer assistance. Which helped me get the things that I needed In a timely matter. I’m here for a funeral and that was very important for me so I wouldn’t have to be stressed out.
