Mari did an amazing job helping my wife and I settle on some new jewelry and was super knowledgeable of the product line and measured our ring sizes aswell! She didn’t put any sales pressure onto us which we really enjoyed and it made finding the right ring smooth and comfortable. If you choose this location make sure you choose Mari!

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at the Swarovski store at Stonebriar Mall. My husband bought me a Swarovski bracelet as an anniversary gift, and a stone fell out shortly after I received it. When I brought the bracelet in for repair, I was told they couldn’t help me without a receipt—even after I explained it was a gift. I was also encouraged to purchase a replacement instead, which felt unreasonable given the item was clearly Swarovski and the issue happened almost immediately. After I left upset, I received a voicemail from a manager saying to bring it back and they would repair it. I returned to the store, only to be told the same thing again by a different manager and associate. They also had no record of my prior visit or the manager’s call—apparently no note was placed on my account. This was frustrating and unnecessarily time-consuming, and it left me questioning both the product quality and the consistency of the customer service. I expected much better from Swarovski. This was the vm from the --- ---Hi Didi, this is Nancy from Swarovski. I just wanted to give you a call back regarding the bracelet that you brought in about a week ago so unfortunately we haven't heard back from our repair center, but I talked to my manager and she said go ahead and bring in the bracelet and we'll send the bracelet out for you because. It seems like they should be able to replace the crystal because it's a pretty common crystal so if you just wanna go ahead and bring it into our store and if you could bring it in the box that would be preferred if you don't have that, it's OK and we'll waive the $50 fee for you just because it has been a little bit of a hassle but yeah I just wanted to give you a call and update you on the repair. Yeah if you could just give us a call back that would be great or if you just wanna go ahead and come in, but have a good rest of your day and hopefully I'll see you soon bye-bye. -------and then I went back to the store and they sent me away again

One of my many loves in this world is collecting Swarovski crystals. This store is a corporate store and so not always on sale but their selection is quite nice. The staff are professional and knowledgeable about their product and releases. This is a wonderful place to get these special items if you are a collector.

I would not recommend this store if you have a pickup order. I went to pickup my order twice but the associate/manager who works there is not friendly at all. As soon as you enter the store she will keep staring at you no greetings at all. I had to pickup 3 necklaces as a gift for someone, I asked her if i can get bags and she rolled her eyes like c'mon are you paying for those bags or does the manufacturing costs affects you!! and this time there was another lady with her she gave me horrifying look. LADIES you gotta stay at home if you can't provide good customer service. I paid enough to get 3 bags for the merchandise and there is no harm in that. Somebody needs to pay attention or talk to them. I hope corporate takes action, if not people out there please choose another location.
