I’m a regular here ,visiting about 3 to 4 times a week, but after today i will never come back. I paid $30.23 for 3 drinks with multiple toppings, including "Double Passion Fruit Burster." Despite paying 75¢–85¢ per scoop, I received less than half a scoop for each. The staff claimed that if I order multiple toppings, they only give half-portions for each, which makes no sense since I paid for a full scoop of every type. The brown sugar in my Red Panda Cream Blastea was also lacking. When I asked for clarification, the staff was quite rude and defensive. If they had just explained the policy clearly and politely, I would have been more than happy to accept it. Instead, they showed a very unhappy attitude and eventually added a tiny bit more while pointedly saying, " Now I've added a little more" in a disrespectful tone. Their dismissive behavior made me feel uncomfortable and honestly, I felt discriminated against as an Asian customer. I’m leaving 2 stars because I like the drinks, but the topping portions must be consistent regardless of how many types are ordered. The owner needs to fix this inconsistent portioning and poor staff service.
Absolutely loved the drinks here. The taro cream boba was my favorite, it tasted similar to cereal milk! It was my first time having snowyn and I really enjoyed it. You can put any toppings you want on it! I had a macaron too, unfortunately it was partly frozen and wasn’t really good to me. I do definitely recommend this place though! The drinks are just sooooooo good!
This franchise owner needs to fix the a/c ASAP please. I went here several weeks ago and the a/c was down. The entire lobby gets extremely humid and hot. Edmond is currently experiencing a triple digit heat wave including the past couple …
My daughter brought me over here and this little place is awesome! I had an ice cream coffee with boba…delicious! Really, really like this place. Clean, friendly, excellent service, good prices, tons of options…cutest logo ever!
The Staff here are very welcoming and friendly. They greet you as soon as you walk in and give you a nice goodbye when you leave. They're very helpful for firstimers like my Husband. Very tasty Boba!!
