I’m surprised more people aren’t talking about it yet. It’s in a great spot next to Tesso Duluth, in the space that used to be Mogi Tea, and it looks like it opened around New Year’s. The inside is super nice — modern, cozy, and slightly romantic, which feels perfect with Valentine’s season coming up. Ordering is easy with four self-service kiosks, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The menu has a lot of variety: boba tea, matcha, smoothies, Vietnamese snacks, and more. I tried the Vietnamese coffee and loved it — as someone who’s into tea drips and caffeine, this was a win. It’s flavorful without being overly bitter, which I really appreciated. The snacks were also great. The assorted kitty paw waffles with custard and mozzarella were fun and delicious. Definitely worth checking out if you’re in the Duluth area. I’ll for sure be back.
Loved this place ☺️I get the hype! I got a magical milk tea along with my brother who got a matcha . ❤️ the drinks were 10/10. Perfect sweetness. We were able to build and hang out. The atmosphere is so cozy. Employees are quick with the drinks! Music choices are great.
As a Vietnamese foodie, The Bep Teahouse instantly brought me back to my childhood in Vietnam. ❤️ The sugar cane juice tasted just like the fresh nước mía I used to drink back home—sweet, refreshing, and incredibly nostalgic. The soursop tea was packed with real fruit flavor, and the avocado smoothie was rich, creamy, and made exactly the way I remember. We also tried the rice paper salad, fresh paper roll-ups, and the adorable kitty paw waffles. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and reminded me of the street food and snacks I grew up eating. The shop itself is clean, modern, and a great place to hang out with friends or family. If you’re looking for authentic Vietnamese-inspired drinks and snacks that bring a taste of Vietnam to Georgia, I highly recommend giving The Bep Teahouse a visit. I’ll definitely be coming back whenever I’m craving a little taste of home.
The place is spacious and nicely decorated, with plenty of seating. The menu has a good variety of items. The milk tea is decent, and the mixed rice paper banh trang tron is tasty, but the prices are quite high for such a very small portion.
Must try! A definite place to check out if you’re in the area. Super cute bright and a lot of area to seat at. The drinks are very good too, Hien helped us and made our experience 10/10 will definitely be back every time we’re in town.
