This has truly been one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a very long time. I first came in around May, and at the time I was overwhelmed trying to get everything in order. I made a purchase and paid with a $100 bill without counting my change before leaving. Being from Philadelphia, I didn’t realize there was an issue until I got home and noticed I had received the incorrect amount of change. I immediately called the store, and although I don’t remember the woman’s name, I will never forget how calm, understanding, and reassuring she was. She made me feel heard and assured me they would look into it. When I returned to the store and explained what happened, the manager came over, reviewed the cameras with me and the cashier, and handled the situation with such professionalism and sincerity. They apologized, corrected the mistake, and even helped cover my toll to get back home. The level of kindness, honesty, and hospitality I experienced truly stood out. I pray this store continues to thrive for many years and that they continue to maintain the same level of customer service and care. I will gladly drive past all the other hair stores in Philadelphia just to come here in Camden. Thank you all for making this experience such a positive one, and I apologize for taking so long to leave this review.
The Hair Palace is a total gem. It's HUGE, so they have everything you could possibly need. I was amazed at how many options they had. Plus, their prices are super cheap, which is always a win. And the best part is It's so convenient to get to. If you're looking for a great hair store in Camden, this is definitely the place to go.

Went to the hair palace today and On my gosshhhh!!!! This is the place to be!!!? If you are into hair, cosmetics and simple fashion this is where you need to be. Affordable and had a wide variety of every little thing from a pin to an anchor! Stop today!
This place is stocked well with great prices. Very clean and affordable. They have everything you would need for your hair care needs. I will get better photos next time I was in a rush. Friendly and helpful staff.
