Today I went to the jewelry exchange in Tustin as a first time client. My experience was amazing!! Marie was the sales associate who assisted me in picking out a ring and diamond within my price range and I fell in love with it!! My 25th wedding anniversary is coming up and I couldn't be happier and I can't wait to go pick up my new wedding set! Thank you Marie for such an awesome experience!

This review is long overdue, mostly because I can’t stop staring at my ring. I got both my engagement ring and wedding band here and had the best experience. I came in with my Pinterest inspo pics, as a girl does, and a few too many different ideas since I was very indecisive. The team was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and patient, which made the whole experience feel reassuring and comfortable. Anyone who has seen my ring is just as in love with it as I am because the beauty of the detail stands out immediately. The open basket setting displays the diamond from underneath, and the hidden halo adds a level of detail my Pinterest inspo pics could never. It really shows how they created a ring beyond what I could have imagined, and it feels completely my style. Tustin Jewelry Exchange is a trustworthy place to go for something this meaningful. I’m so proud of my ring and grateful for the experience. Nowhere else compares, highly recommend.

Easily the one of the best customer service I've encountered. I ordered the wrong ring and I needed it right away. It was not a problem canceling the order and reording the correct ring. Needing it right away I opted it fo next day delivery. To my surprise I got it the next day even though it was explained to me that it needed to be sized and then it would be shipped. After opening the box, the ring actually exceeded my expectations. From start to end I couldn't be more pleased.

We had the pleasure of being helped by Andrew. He was so nice, knowledgeable, helpful, and funny. He helped me figure out what size my ring finger was. Asked what style we wanted and what kind of diamond we wanted. It was an amazing experience we laughed, we joked, and we bought some beautiful rings! They offer free sizing if it's one size difference so to get my rings sized is free! They have amazing service and it seems like the staff really gets along and want to be there. 10/10 would recommend for anyone looking for rings. They have rings for any budget. You won't be disappointed!

3/4/2026 Went to get a ring made with an initial on it and was told it would be $900. After I purchased ear rings for $400 on 2/27/26. Cash on both. Went in with $900 cash. The sales man counted out $900 in front of me , after I counted it. He proceeded to take it to the manager and I watched as he walked the $900 to his mgr. after it was counted by the mgr the sales person walked back to where I was waiting with a bothered look and his head down. Seems that the manager said he counted $800. Salesperson confirmed $900 when we both counted it. (All of us happen to be black) I say all this because the sales person DID HIS JOB & did it very well and honest. The mgr - did not and needs to be talked to about his customer service skills and morals. If he tried it with me , pretty sure he’s done it before. Makes me and others question the people you hire Needs to be dealt with asap if you would like my business to continue.
