Tiffany & Co. is a jewelry store at 100 Huntington Ave in Boston, MA, serving shoppers looking for jewelry, gifts, and in-person assistance. The Boston location is open Monday through Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Sunday from noon to 6:00 p.m. Its listed rating is 4 out of 5 from 187 reviews. For anyone planning a visit, these details offer a useful starting point; customers may also want to contact the store directly to confirm current hours or ask about a particular item or service.
Reviews describe visits for several different needs, including trying on engagement rings, choosing a gift, finding a ring from the T collection, and bringing bracelets in for attention. One customer shared a positive experience trying engagement rings with their girlfriend, noting that a consultant was patient, friendly, funny, and knowledgeable during a lengthy appointment. Another reviewer praised Angel’s assistance in finding a narrow ring from the T collection. These accounts suggest that shoppers seeking help comparing or trying on jewelry may appreciate taking time to explain what they have in mind.
Bracelet care also comes up in customer feedback. Reviewers describe bringing in a bracelet for repair or asking about discolored enamel and cleaning while visiting Boston for a limited time. One customer specifically commended Albert for helping with a bracelet concern. These experiences show that repair and care questions are part of some visits, but the reviews do not establish that every service is available in every circumstance or that a repair can be completed immediately. If you are traveling or working around a deadline, ask the store about timing and next steps before making the trip.
The feedback is not uniformly positive. Some reviewers report concerns involving a bracelet’s condition after purchase, while another describes feeling overlooked during a repair conversation. Experiences can differ, so it may be helpful to inspect an item and its packaging before leaving, and to make sure your questions are addressed directly by the consultant assisting you. If a purchase or service needs follow-up, keep relevant details and ask the store what options are available. Balanced expectations and clear communication can make an in-person jewelry visit more straightforward.
Located on Huntington Avenue, Tiffany & Co. in Boston may suit people shopping for an engagement ring, a personal piece such as a T collection ring, or a bracelet as a gift, as well as customers seeking guidance about bracelet care. The reviews point to both attentive, knowledgeable assistance and occasional service or product concerns, giving prospective visitors a more complete picture than a single experience can provide. Check the listed Sunday hours if visiting at the weekend, and allow time to discuss your preferences, questions, and any repair needs with the store team.

I went into the store yesterday as the enamel on a bracelet I have had for years became discoloured. I was concerned about waiting to have it cleaned/repaired as I am only in Boston for the weekend. I cannot commend Albert enough, he was …
I would like to extend my sincerest gratitude to Angel, whose exceptional assistance facilitated my discovery of the coveted 'narrow ring' from Tiffany & Co.'s esteemed T collection. Following a delightful serendipity, Angel presented me …
Tiffany & Co. - very disappointing misogynistic experience. On August 23, 2025, (4-5 pm) I came to the store to drop off my bracelet for repair. I was the customer speaking with the consultant and asking questions. I happened to be there with friends, including a male friend who was simply standing nearby. Despite the fact that I was clearly the customer, the male consultant repeatedly ignored me and directed his responses to the man instead. Even when I asked questions directly, he continued speaking to him rather than to me. He also made several comments and jokes that came across as dismissive and misogynistic. This kind of behavior is unacceptable - especially for a brand that positions itself as a luxury experience with high standards of customer service. Instead of feeling valued as a client, I left the store feeling disrespected and humiliated. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses how female customers are treated in their stores. Because of this experience, I will not be returning to Tiffany.
Had a very nice experience trying on engagement Rings with my girlfriend. Even though we were from out of town - Sam helped us for over 30 minutes and was friendly/funny, patient, and very knowledgeable. I thought his professionalism warranted a positive review!
I bought the toggle heart bracelet for a gift and flew back to Raleigh. I hadn’t even thought to open the box because it was wrapped. Turns out there is a blemish on the charm that won’t come off. There is also a smudge on the backside of the charm, with what appears to be oily fingerprints. I was promised a brand new piece from the back, but this is simply unacceptable. Spending near $800 in ten minutes for what seems to be a crushingly disappointing occasion. I am extremely extremely disappointed in this location
