Tiffany & Co. is a jewelry store at 1715 Walnut St in Philadelphia, PA, where shoppers can explore jewelry and get help from store staff. It may suit people choosing a meaningful gift, looking for a piece that feels personal, or returning to have a ring or bracelet resized. Customer reviews describe visits for gifts, a wife’s ring, and a bracelet adjustment, giving a useful picture of the kinds of shopping and service needs customers bring to this Walnut Street location. The store has a 4.5-star rating from 176 reviews, though individual experiences vary, as they can at any retail business.
Several reviewers highlight attentive, courteous help. One customer recalled Danielle assisting with a special gift for their mother, while another praised her attention during a visit to have a wife’s ring resized. A separate review describes a concierge named Holly helping the customer find pieces with a little edge that suited their personal style. These accounts suggest that shoppers who appreciate one-on-one guidance may find it helpful to explain who they are shopping for, what they have in mind, and whether they need a service such as resizing. Staff experiences are not identical for every visitor, so asking questions and confirming what is included in a service can help set expectations.
The reviews also offer a balanced view. Some customers describe kind, professional assistance and say they would return, while others report disappointment with how a pickup or fitting was handled. One reviewer, for example, wished they had been invited to try on a resized bracelet at pickup. If fit matters, consider asking to try on the item and check the result before leaving. For a gift purchase, it can also be useful to ask staff about the available options and any details you need to know before deciding. This keeps the visit focused on your needs rather than assuming every interaction will be the same.
The store is open Monday through Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Sunday from noon to 5:00 p.m. Its Walnut Street address makes it a Philadelphia option for shoppers planning a jewelry visit, whether they are browsing for a present or following up on a resizing. Check the current hours before setting out, especially for a Sunday visit, and allow time to discuss fit or gift preferences with staff. If you are comparing jewelry stores in Philadelphia, the reported rating and customer stories can help you form an initial impression, while your own questions and priorities will guide the best choice for your visit.

I finally had an opportunity to write this long overdue review. I don't typically review retail stores, but I encountered a lovely young women at the Tiffany store on Walnut St. in Philadelphia named Danielle who was incredibly helpful. I was in to purchase a special gift for my mother but had no idea what I would get her and was very indecisive. She was patient, professional and charming and asked questions that truly helped me narrow down the choices to pick the perfect gift. Danielle is such an asset to this business and I am grateful for her assistance. And the best part - my mother in law truly loved her gift and said it was the perfect choice!
Regardless of where you purchase your jewelry, from a designer or a box store, you deserve to be treated with respect and courtesy. When I walked into the Tiffany & Co in Philadelphia yesterday, 4 of the 5 employees probably would have done a great job, as they have in the past, unfortunately however, this time I was intercepted by, who I am going to guess, was the manager. He interrupted me as I was speaking to an employee, about my new necklace. He seemed annoyed that I was asking about the authenticity of my piece. He flat out said that he could not say whether or not it was a Tiffany & Co design, and in fact, no one could. When I mentioned that it was stamped Tiffany, he said that does not make any difference. He said that in his 11 years with Tiffany he never saw my particular design. I had the distinct impression that the other employees where mildly uncomfortable. He could not have been ruder if he had opened the door and requested that I leave. I like Tiffany, I have had good experiences in the Philadelphia location, but this guy brings down the Tiffany name and reputation in irreparable ways. Someone from Tiffany & Co might want to give him a few lessons on manners. Please! and Thank You.
I have mixed feelings about that store. The female sales representative was nice, professional and she helped me a lot with resizing the bracelet. On the other hand, when I was picking up my order, the male sales person does not even offered me to try the bracelet on, see how it fits. That is the first time I see it like that in the jewellery store. The whole impression is spoiled .
It's never a disappointment to enjoy a partial day in this place. However, my experience at this particular location is unrivaled. My Tiffany's concierge, Holly, was absolutely fabulous. She helped me find the right pieces that had just enough edge to fit my personal style (plus shared some tricks of the trade) Absolutely loved it and I can not wait to "Return to Tiffany". Until next time.....
Great service, kind staff. Went in to get my wife’s ring resized and Danielle was incredible/ attentive. Will be back. Walnut’s crown jewel
