Sign in to reviewGreat time shopping at Tokyo Central Specialty Market near Convoy Street! There are two buildings, one focused more on perishables and the other more shelf stable. Lots of great product choices from sushi, meat, snacks, produce, and more. Friendly and helpful staff. Recommend!
I don’t know if my review got deleted or if i ever did one but the egg and ham sando was the best thing ever. And I would buy it again.
So there are 3 Separate Tokyo Central Buildings. 1 for toys/ skin care etc. 2nd one is for Rice, cookies, snacks, Ramen and drinks. The 3rd is for all the viral items your looking for, Fruit Sandos, sushi, breads, fruits. So basically the Grocery store trio all together. The young staff are friendly, get their early, obviously since the best things sell out quickly. Or go at the end of the night to get a Quick 20% off the leftovers that haven't sold the entire day. You're bound to find something. Even my littlest found all her Favorites! Check them out and dont forget to grab a rewards stamp card! 👍🤟♥️🤙🏼
Amazing Japanese store! Lots of fresh produce, outstanding selection of fresh and frozen seafood, delicious desserts and lots of options for prepared Japanese meals - sushi, sashimi, chicken katsu, mochi etc. The store consists of two standalone buildings - one is selling mostly fresh produce, fish and prepared meals; the other one mostly shelf stable products - noodles, sauces, soft drinks. Stuff is super friendly and helpful. Parking, however, can be tough to find during peak hours.
A great source for all things Japanese! 3 buildings to find what your looking for. Photos of “middle building” thats has mostly packaged goods like snacks, seaweed, sauces, seasonings and drinks. Also has a section of sake. The other building next to Balboa Ave has produce, seafood, frozen and chilled foods. The 3rd one has toys, collectibles and household items. Fun spot! Parking can be challenging.
