TOUS les JOURS Bakery Café - Portland is a bakery at 900 SW Washington St, Portland, OR 97205, serving pastries, cakes, and drinks in the heart of downtown. Located in Flock Food Hall, this Portland stop offers a compact selection for a quick morning treat, an afternoon dessert, or something to bring along and share. With a 4.0-star rating across 115 reviews, it has earned attention from customers looking for distinctive baked goods and a convenient downtown location.

Some of the most memorable picks are the matcha cloud cake, melon milk bread, pistachio spiral croissant, and blueberry cake. One customer describes the matcha cloud cake as fluffy and fragrant, with a gentle sweetness that lets the matcha flavor come through. Another singles out the melon milk bread for its soft, airy texture and recognizable melon taste. These reviews point to a menu with variety, from delicate cake slices to buttery pastry and soft bread, so visitors can choose according to the moment rather than settling on just one kind of treat.

The display case can make choosing difficult, and customer feedback highlights staff members who were friendly, enthusiastic, and helpful when answering questions about pastries. That can be especially useful if you are visiting for the first time or deciding between flavors. Reviews also note that this location is smaller than a full bakery and that pastries are delivered fresh in the morning from Beaverton; specific items may sell out later in the day. If you have a particular pastry in mind, arriving earlier may give you a better chance of finding it. Customer experiences are not all the same, so service feedback is mixed, while several reviewers praise the food and drinks.

For downtown Portland workers, visitors exploring the area, and friends meeting for a casual treat, TOUS les JOURS Bakery Café - Portland is a practical place to pause for coffee or a pastry. It is also a good option when you want a cake slice or bread to take away, with both familiar bakery formats and flavors such as matcha and melon. The shop is open from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday and Sunday, and until 9:00 p.m. Friday and Saturday. Check the case early for a wider selection, and use the SW Washington Street address to find this specific Portland location.

Came here with my friend this morning and everything was amazing:) The staff were super friendly and seemed very enthusiastic when asked questions about specific pastries! I got the matcha cloud cake slice and it was exactly as described (fluffy, not too sweet, but still fragrant with matcha flavor). I personally love red bean paste so the sweet rice donut was amazingg🫶 Would totally recommend you to stop by if you’re around downtown Portland:))

Stopped by Tous Les Jours in the Flock Food Hall and walked away with a couple of standouts. The melon milk bread was the highlight — totally addicting, impossibly soft and fluffy, with an actual melon flavor. Think ripe honeydew clouds. It’s the kind of thing you keep tearing pieces off of without meaning to. The strawberry cream-filled doughnut held its own too: light and fluffy, with a genuine strawberry flavor just as advertised, and a sugary, crackly exterior that reminded me of the top of a crème brûlée. Best of all, nothing here was cloyingly sweet. Everything stayed tastefully understated — which, for a bakery, is a hard balance to get right. Worth a stop for the melon milk bread to go. Or two.

This place is like a miniature version of Tous Les Jours! ☺️ - The pastries are made in Beaverton and delivered fresh every morning (no room for a full bakery). So, if you want something specific, it’s definitely better to go early, as they are likely to sell out by the end of the day. They have a small oven to heat the pastries tho - Since it's a small cafe, I would recommend sitting outside or in the connecting FLOCK food court, which has more seating and even more food options - The workers I've met are friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They helped me place a large order of donuts at the last minute, and it worked out perfectly! If you treat them with kindness, they will be kind back. I go here quite regularly and sadly have seen many rude customer interactions :/ - This place is a bit on the expensive side $$$ My favorite things to get are: the fruit pastry, sesame donut, jalapeño ham & cheese croissant, croquette, honey ginger tea, and shakerato :)

I went in on Friday morning, and this case was the most beautiful thing I’ve ever seen! It made choosing what to get so difficult, but the staff were incredibly helpful and helped me make the best decision. I ended up getting a pistachio spiral croissant and a slice of the Blueberry Cake, which will definitely be my birthday cake!

This review is specifically for the location at 900 SW Washington St, Portland, OR 97205, and does not reflect other Tous Les Jours locations. The food and drinks are delicious, and I have absolutely no complaints about their quality. However, the customer service is extremely disappointing. I have visited this location multiple times because I genuinely enjoy the food and coffee, but the employees’ attitudes consistently make me feel uncomfortable. The girls working there often come across as rude, unfriendly, and unwelcoming. It is not just about smiling; it is about basic respect, kindness, and knowing how to treat customers professionally. I have also witnessed other customers being treated poorly. It is unfortunate that a place with such good food and drinks has customer service that makes people uncomfortable and reluctant to return. Good food cannot make up for consistently poor customer service. I hope the owner or management takes this feedback seriously and provides proper customer service training to their employees. Speaking politely and treating customers with respect costs nothing. Customers deserve to feel welcome, not as though they are a bother for simply placing an order. I am leaving this review because I genuinely like the products, but the way customers are treated needs serious improvement.
