TOZY Cafe • Boba, formerly Sharetea Burnside, is a bubble tea store on E Burnside Street in Portland, OR. Located at 1260 E Burnside St, Portland, OR 97214, it gives neighborhood residents and visitors a local stop for bubble tea. The shop’s history under the Sharetea Burnside name may be useful context for returning customers looking it up, while the TOZY Cafe • Boba name identifies the current business. Customer experiences vary, so a visit is best approached with an open mind and an interest in trying the drinks for yourself.
Reviews point to drinks as the main reason to stop in, with milk tea among the options mentioned. Oolong milk tea appears in customer feedback, though opinions on its tea flavor differ: some reviewers describe the drinks as delicious and good quality, while others say their milk tea tasted too mild. That contrast is worth keeping in mind if you prefer a pronounced tea flavor. The available reviews do not establish a complete menu, so checking with the shop about current drink choices and preparation is the most reliable way to find a beverage that suits you.
The atmosphere also draws mixed but positive comments. One customer describes the space as peaceful and enjoys stopping in, while another praises friendly interactions with the owner and employees. Other reviewers report disappointing service, including concerns about how customers were treated and about being asked to leave before the posted closing time. These differing accounts suggest that experiences can vary from visit to visit. If timing matters, especially close to closing, confirming service availability directly may help avoid confusion. The listed hours are Monday through Thursday and Sunday, 10:00 AM to 8:30 PM, and Friday and Saturday, 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
TOZY Cafe • Boba may suit people looking for bubble tea along E Burnside, customers curious about the business’s rebrand, or anyone who values a relaxed place to pause when the atmosphere is right. A reviewer mentions happy-hour prices, while another finds the drinks a little expensive, so value may depend on your order and expectations. The business has a 4.1 rating from 234 reviews, reflecting a range of opinions rather than a uniform experience. For visitors to this Portland bubble tea shop, the clearest picture is a neighborhood beverage stop with some enthusiastic fans, some critical feedback, and hours worth checking if you plan to arrive late.

Drinks here are delicious! While it's a bit on the pricey side, the great quality and wonderfully friendly staff make it worth the visit.
Terrible service! I would not recommend this place. We were asked to leave at 7:00 PM, even though the posted closing time was 8:00 PM. If the restaurant stops seating or serving customers at 7:00 PM, that should be clearly communicated instead of kicking paying customers out an hour before the advertised closing time. I have never experienced a food establishment asking customers to leave so far ahead of its posted closing time. It was disappointing, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. On top of that, the female server with braids was not friendly or welcoming. A simple smile and a little courtesy toward paying customers would have made a difference. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. Good customer service matters, and unfortunately, this place fell short. I will not be returning.
So bad :( so bad that I went to another bubble tea shop after because the two large oolong milk teas I ordered were barely had any tea flavor and tasted most like milk/water. Really miss the real ShareTea and will never come back here. T4 downtown is the best around this area.
The owner is really nice, and I have always had good interactions with the employees. Drinks are good and happy hour prices are great! One of these days I will finally beat the claw machine!!! It has a really peaceful atmosphere that I enjoy every time I stop in :)
I was looking forward to the rebrand, but the two experiences I've had have been horrible. The drinks have been alright at best, but what's made it a genuinely awful experience are the employees. They treat you horribly and act like you're a burden when you come in. I'm autistic and disabled, I've worked as a barista for years and I understand how tiring it can be, but treating people like this is unacceptable. I refused to tip this time, something I very rarely do, and the second I did the employee rolled their eyes and proceeded to make me the worst milk tea i've ever had. I'm so disappointed because it's such a cute spot that I used to love. Unless something changed I'll never be back. TLDR; the employees are rude, and impatient, and clearly need to spoken to about having patience for people who struggle to speak and hear.
