Poor quality work and customer service. Absolutely do NOT recommend this company, especially for grilles. We ordered a grille 10/1/25 They said it would be ready in 1 week The owner himself did the molding after lots of reassurance of their quality of work. Communication is poor. I had to ask if they were ready because no one ever called and it was always a delay. We go and pick them up and they do not cover his teeth!!!! My son was very disappointed but we let another seasoned employee redo the molding. She was confident and said it was a great mold. We were told to wait another week. After another delay, we return to pick up the grille and again it’s the exact same fit and does not cover the teeth!!! At this point, we do not trust their work and do not want to waste anymore time with travel to this location or re-molding. I have videos of their employees trying to get me to take the grille which I did not. They are trying not to refund the money and not standing by their work. Beware A report will be filed with the BBB and credit card company Update: Owner called late October and mentioned PARTIAL refund. This is unacceptable. Owner then called back next day in response to this honest google review and said it was a dirty move. We have requested a full refund as the item did not fit and we never received or took the item. There is nothing else to discuss. At this point, the business has their poorly made grille and they are still holding our $1500.

Visited this store in April with my boyfriend. We decided to purchase promise rings. The staff was very eager and determent to make a sale. I found a beautiful ring and was told its 14K white gold. Boyfriend argued the price tag and was informed that gold is at a ultimate high. In all the excitement we did not check the inside of the ring. only about a week after our trip I discovered my 14K white gold ring was actually Serling silver. So I paid 14K price for sterling silver.

Look i wasn't sure on what I wanted but Sarah and Ayan was very helpful and they made sure we was in gud hands. Sarah knew exactly our sizes and what we really wanted. They wasn't just trying to sell something they wanted to make sure we was happy and satisfied. I'll make sure I return to purchase more Since I seen something else I wanted . Please check them out. I almost left without buying anything because I couldn't decide, but one employee asked a few thoughtful questions and narrowed down the choices perfectly. There was no sales pressure at all, just genuine guidance that made shopping much easier.

The service was 5 star! Sized as promised. Love my new piece of jewelry. Had been searching for a very long time, they had excellent selection.
