Sign in to reviewSo so happy with my nails! Super great color selection and took her time. Walk-ins accepted, and even with a super generous tip, best prices in the bay I’ve seen so far.
Kim and Jin were really nice and meticulous! And both of them gave amazing massages - I got a pedicure and gel polish removal. The shop is quiet and calm; would come back!
Update: multiple nails fell off day of. Changed my rating to 1 star. I’m actually so upset. I added photos for reference. Definitely just trying to get you out as soon as possible. The staff is nice but even though there’s no one else there the job just wasn’t good. I told the lady my middle nail was crooked and she said she’ll fix it but DIDNT. and overall very uneven nail polish.
I normally go to Diane’s nail shop but they are closed on Tuesdays so I thought I would give this place a try. Sloppy from the nail cut, to cuticle care to the polish itself. Lady doing my nail put two coats and wanted to put top coat,…! I could see the uneven streaks, I asked for a third coat and ended up with this sloppy looking finish. 🤦♀️I spent an hour sitting in a dingy, cold shop, after 50$, wish I hadn’t gone here.
Walked in with appointment at 3:30pm on Friday. Not so many customer and waited for 5 min. The service attitude is good and the price is relatively reasonable. The environment is nice and the place is easy to find, just next to japantown. I did medicure with gel but one of the nail fell off one hour after I left the salon. Other nails is relatively good.
