Being the little waffle neighbor we’ve been waiting and watching the Basille studio boys build this thing out for the past year. So stoked that we can walk here now instead of drive to little Italy We weren’t cool enough to go to their soft opening two weeks ago but we did get second in line today and as they work out the kinks it’ll be well worth the wait. The menu seems to of expanded since their first shop with a few specials. It appears they have a different line for food and one for drinks. That’s cool., I don’t drink but I think it’s great to differentiate and help speed things up. Design is top class and obviously ups the value of northpark and San Diego as a whole. This will be my new favorite fatty spot as I’m sure I’ll be here weekly. " 3

" The establishment was pretty cool. Counter eating partly inside, partly outside. Portion size very adequate - large bowl of noodles and broth - and prices mid-range. Service was good and the menu is very minimal but that’s not a bad thing! Staff behind the bar were really cool and down to earth. I’d visit again. " 4
