Two stars because of the products. I was followed around the store. And after I paid for my things, the detector went off as I was walking out. He took my purse and passed it through the detector, no sound, I walked through, no sound. Then he pulled my purse behind the counter where I could not see him, I had to walk around so I could see what he was doing with my purse. He told me I was fine. I walked though, no sound! They are very rude and I will never go in there again! They followed me around the whole store so they would know if I had anything. American Beauty is across the street!

I was in the area so I decided to purchase my products from this location. Everyone was a great help and I had the pleasure of being assisted by Morgan who was training. She was very helpful except for one minor mistake she made. Without hesitation-Tia, her trainer came back and was visibly frustrated, sulking and irritated at Morgan and myself then hurriedly and loudly reported her. I feel that situation would have been handled differently. Needless to say, I was uncomfortable and left without the items I had on the counter. It was an inconvenience for me to have to go to another store. However, I wanted to leave a review highlighting Morgan’s patience and customer service. Even with Tia’s negative attitude, Morgan still had a smile on her face. We need more Morgan’s in this world!

Great atmosphere! It’s not often you’re greeted and informed about sales, but we got that here. Tamara and the black guy with glasses really helped us and we’re really sweet! Keep up the good work!

Place has no bathroom, so if you are pressed you can end up having an accident. When you buy hair products. It's so difficult to return it because they do not want to do so. They will give you a hard time to return what you bought within an hour.

If I could write it zero Stars I would in a heartbeat! The two people that I know for certain that were working there have zero customer service skills! The lady was more concerned about being propped up on the wall and staring at me rather than trying to help me make a selection on the wigs. There was another lady in there at the same time as me trying to get extensions and nobody even bothered speaking to her either. This is the second time I have been in there and I will never be back and I have never purchased anything from them and will not! if you can't help your customers you don't need to be in the customer service industry!
