I visited USA Beauty Supply, for my girlfriend, I was working near by, and she asked me if I could stop by and pickup a wig for a vacation cruise. I have never been into the store and was a little hesitant about going and picking up a wig for my girlfriend, but as I was near by I said sure I'll go. As i enter the store I was greeted and told where I could find the wigs, an associate was waiting there to help and she was a lifesafer, as she was kind, helpful and very patient we me. My girlfriend was very pleased with me on going saving her time by making to purchase. I would surely recommend USA Beauty Supply, as a top rated store.

My second time visiting this establishment, I was satisfied both times! This time it's Thursday P.m and I need two purple caps for work Friday Morning? Everywhere I Googled it would be a week getting, so I'm on a mission, went to Jenny's first, only had a small selection? Not what I wanted, sitting in the parking lot, lights came on, go across the street, walk in, walked the whole store, found some one who wasn't busy was put in the right direction and I got my caps that I had walked pass on my way in!!! I will be back!!!

Terrible Experience – Buyer Beware I hope I could rate with zero stars. I usually like to support local businesses, but this was a huge mistake. While the store has a decent selection of items at fair prices, the customer service is absolutely unacceptable. My son, who recently started barber school, bought a pair of trimmers here. On the very first day, they didn’t work at all. We returned the next day with the receipt to exchange them, and the owner was incredibly rude and disrespectful. He accused us of trying to return an old item and flat-out refused to help us. He even called me a liar, which was completely uncalled for. It was obvious the trimmer wasn’t new to begin with, and yet they took no responsibility. Sadly, this business does not stand behind its products and treats customers with zero respect. If you do shop here, make sure you test everything before you leave—because once you're out the door, you’re on your own. No returns, no exchanges, no customer service. I will never shop here again, and I highly recommend others think twice before doing so.

This Place has EVERYTHING. I 💕 the varieties of choices in hair. It’s 20 mins from me but it’s worth the drive. Customer Service Great and Quick in meeting your needs. I give a 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for cleanest and having what I need. …

It's the usual. Nice selection of hair products, wigs, scarves, hair pieces, salon products, etc. Nice, friendly service. Oh, and I must mention, as with every hair store, they have a wall of shame because people be stealing their stuff. Smh
