I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this jewelry store. They have a fantastic collection with so many beautiful pieces to be chosen from the staff was incredibly friendly knowledgeable and took the time to educate me on exactly what I was buying. They Also clearly explained all the financing options available, making the entire process, smooth and stress-free! Look for Grace she was the one who helped me out. She is the best. I highly recommend Valliani Jewelers.

The women here are very welcoming and genuinely make you feel excited about finding a piece you love. I do believe they enjoy helping customers, but they are also very skilled at making a sale. I came across a malachite clover-style necklace on 3/29 I had been wanting for a long time and decided to go in and ask about it. The original price quoted was around $7,600. After expressing interest, I was offered a discount and financing options, and I ultimately purchased it for just under $4,000 with a down payment and monthly installments. After getting home and taking a closer look, I started to question the value for the price. The necklace is 14k gold with malachite, which is not a particularly rare stone. Looking more closely at the craftsmanship, I noticed small gaps between the stone and the setting, which made me feel the quality does not match the price point. I do really love the style of the necklace, as it’s something I’ve wanted for a long time. However, I don’t feel it is worth what I paid based on the materials and overall quality. If you’re looking for a place with friendly service and flexible payment options for a piece you like, this may be a good fit. However, if you are focused on value and pricing that closely reflects the quality of the jewelry, I would recommend taking extra time to compare before purchasing. Great experience for my first jewelry purchase ever in store. 4 stars because although the gentleman who sold to me was all around great in every customer service aspect- there was another employee who came when I selected what I wanted and was hounding me to keep looking for another item with a discount. The interaction was less of what I was hoping for and reminiscent of a used car dealer. But anyway, the store and the first customer service guy as I said was superb and they even matched a 24 hour sale for the same product from Zales. Will certainly be coming back here, though hope the upsell at a deal option from the 2nd associate won’t be.

I’ve been a customer at Valliani Jewelers a couple times, and every experience has been great. The staff is always very helpful and welcoming. I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 because I would have appreciated a more thorough explanation of the payment process and available payment options. That said, Jamal was incredibly helpful in assisting me with picking out a ring for my boyfriend, and he absolutely loved it! Thank you so much, Jamal, for your excellent help and service.
