Amazing experience. As a girl i always get anxious going to get my car maintenance and found this place and was so happy. Amazing customer service and it was very quick and efficient. I even came early and they took me in. They have amazing deals on Groupon as well so definitely check them out! They’re even have complimentary Brazilian sodas while you wait. Will be coming back for sure

I found Veloce Collision online due to great reviews after my bumper fell off and the dealership said I have to wait 3 days before they had time. Fernanda at Veloce answered my call and said I can stop by right away, and she was very friendly on the call. I taped my bumper together the best I could and drove over to Veloce. The cool industrial building was painted in orange with black lettering and stood out. I walked into the space, and a gentleman in his late 40s/early 50s greeted me right away. I mentioned Fernanda’s name and he pointed me to her office. They looked at my car right away, told me the cost to fix it in 40 minutes. The cost was very affordable. Fernanda even let me know a cool cafe nearby where I can get great coffee & food while waiting for the car to be fixed. The work done was supposed to be temporary until I could order a replacement part the following week, but Veloce team did such an amazing job that I was able to drive away without needing to order a replacement part or come back the following week. I’m so glad I found them, and will go to them over the dealership in the future.

Love this Body Shop, Carlos at front desk always returned my calls and was very helpful. His body shop did a wonderful job on my deep scraped to the metal on my back right passenger side. They matched the paint color perfectly. I would greatly recommend this shop who was recommended to me by my Lexus dealership in Colma.

Veloce Collision listened to me and did what experts do….had me leave my keys, made the repairs and called me when my baby was ready for pick up!
