During this time, I've worked with Jenny on a few custom pieces and she has never once disappointed. When I first came to her, I had been searching everywhere for someone who could bring my jewelry ideas to life while also incorporating specific stones into the piece. Out of everyone I spoke with, Jenny was the only one who truly understood my vision. The first piece I wanted was a star necklace with grey mother of pearl, and she and her team absolutely delivered. Throughout the design process for my fire piece, Jenny was amazing at communicating every detail and making sure the piece turned out exactly how I imagined. We discussed different shades of MOP, confirmed the length and design measurements, and so much more. Within just 3-4 weeks, my necklace arrived, and it was everything I had hoped for. What I appreciate most about Jenny is that she never makes you feel pressured to buy before you are ready or completely satisfied. She's patient, professional, and genuinely cares about her clients. She is a jewelry fairy godmother!
If I could give zero stars, I would. One of the saleswomen here has the worst attitude I’ve ever encountered. I asked a simple question, and she snapped at me: “Can you wait? Can’t you see I’m helping other customers?” — as if I was a nuisance just for being there. Her tone was rude, condescending, and completely unprofessional. This is not how you treat people, especially in a jewelry store where customer experience should matter. I left immediately and will never return. Save yourself the disrespect — shop somewhere else.
