I’ve been going to Walgreens because they offer Western Union services. The first time I transferred money, everything went smoothly—the process was easy, and the front desk staff was very kind. The second time, there was a bit of an issue, but I was able to resolve it by speaking with a front desk and called Western Union representative, so that turned out okay. The third time, I’ll admit the issue was partly on my end. I contacted Western Union and tried different locations, but unfortunately, the maximum pickup amount here is only $300. To be honest, I have a health condition—something you wouldn’t notice unless I explain it. I survived a ruptured brain aneurysm, and while I may look fine physically, it’s still a struggle. That’s why I was really saddened by the way one of the front desk staff treated me. I don’t remember his name, and I found his behavior to be very unprofessional. I had already spoken to three other Walgreens employees who were helpful and easy to communicate with, so I was surprised and disappointed by this experience. I know Walgreens is a clean and well-organized store with a lot of great products, but I hope staff can be more understanding, especially toward customers who may be going through things they can’t see. Respect and calm communication can really make a difference.

The pharmacy staff is horrid to their “patients” hanging up phone calls rather than doing work. And handling the situation with respect they purposely taunted me and asked unnecessary and sarcastic questions. They also were in a blame game war with the other Wallgreens. When they were the pharmacy that didn’t properly transfer my prescription. And tried to say I had picked it up or the Dr pulled the prescription which is not true whatsoever. Whoever is working at the pharmacy right now 02/13/2026 at 7pm deserves to be fired immediately. Please search the phone call records and you can see she hung up on me and then got snotty with me. Thank you

Honestly the pharmacist Helen who administered my two vaccine shots was outstanding. Informative prior to giving shots, warmhearted and professional throughout the process. Being naturally nervous about needles the experience of the two shot course couldn’t be better and easier. Painless, no discomfort! Thank you Helen. Much appreciated.

Called just to locate item. Was on hold necessarily. She did not even warn me she would put me on lonnng hold time. Not going to go out of my way to give them business So rude a Christine answered the phone & left me hanging then a guy that not offer his name was argumentative. How hard is it to locate a simple product in the store basic 101 cust service which does not exist here just as bad as local CVS's. Corporate needs to do a better screening process minum wage or not they are still getting paid to task.

I am absolutely at my wits end with this location recently. I have been waiting two weeks to get my medication. First they had issues with getting my meds because of an “insurance issue” that they said they would follow up on. Waited one, two, three days, pass by with no update, and I finally called asking what the issue is. Girl who sounded really annoyed when I asked whats going on said she cleared the issue, and it took her about 2 minutes to do so, and said it would be ready soon. Great, i pull up during pharmacy operating hours when they first open, and they’re closed. I along with another person in the drive thru eventually leave after 15 minutes of waiting at open for them to actually procure someone. Second time same thing. Third time today I get a call saying half my medication Is ready and has been waiting to be picked up but the other half is not available because I “waited too long” but when i pull up the same day to at least get HALF of my meds, the drive thru is closed again due to technical difficulties. Then I park to go inside and there’s some creep with his window down staring at me and smiling when I get out of my car. So I just left. Granted the later issue isn’t necessarily their fault, but I want to express that their staff was never ever this rude, bad at following up/handling medications/ and their drive thru is always not functioning when i’m there. There has to be a solution to this because i’m personally not comfortable entering the building, and their “technical issues” would be less irritating if the service was good, but they have just been sucking at everything recently and I don’t know what else to do but switch pharmacies.
