Sign in to reviewI am a baby boomer. We are a huge population. The last time I needed to renew my losartan, which is a blood thinner… And very important… They didn’t have it I waited three days without medication for it. The excuse I was given was that they had too many customers looking for it… Which, in my mind means increased the damn inventory. But I guess that’s way too hard for them to figure out I will be changing pharmacies
Rude, incompetent, liars, act like children and can’t even do a simple job of filling meds on time. Caused me to miss out of town trip. They have zero accountability. Let someone else run the business if you’re that incompetent. Also lied about medical dropping you for paying out of pocket. Verified with medical that’s not true at all.
they do a great job of filling our prescriptions promptly and letting us know when ready. i also really enjoy the drive thru for convenience and entertainment. it reminds me of the drive-up bank tellers of my childhood. keep local drugstores in business so we have nearby places to shop in person.
Down with big pharma. Quite literally one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had picking up a prescription for nausea. They told me it was out of stock at 3:10 pm today just for it to be ready at 3:19? So…was it actually out of stock or…? The price for my Zofran also from $300 when I went in person, to $90 after I called? Shoutout to the woman who answered my calls because even she was confused that they said it was “out of stock” and she helped me find a coupon. I love driving around nauseated and annoyed because there is no communication!!! Thanks guys
Needed a booster for school and was able to get a same day appointment. The techs were friendly and the pharmacist was very cordial.
