Experiences shared by customers are notably mixed, and the overall rating is 1.6 out of 5 based on 16 reviews. Several reviewers describe long waits, difficulty getting help, and frustration with prescription readiness. Some say they called ahead and were told a prescription was ready, only to find it was not ready after waiting in line. Others report delayed prescriptions or difficulty reaching the pharmacy by phone. These accounts are individual customer experiences, but they are important context for anyone deciding where to fill a time-sensitive medication.

There is also a positive note in the feedback: one customer specifically praised an employee in the beauty section, Miss Ruth, describing her as kind and hardworking. That review suggests a helpful interaction can happen in the store, even as other reviewers report less satisfactory service. If you are visiting for non-prescription items, you may find products in areas such as beauty and personal care; availability can vary, and reviewers mention that some items were out of stock.

For prescription needs, consider confirming directly with the pharmacy that the medication is ready before making the trip, and allow extra time in case there is a queue or delay. If you cannot get a response by phone, or your medication is urgent, you may want to contact your prescriber about alternatives. Walgreens Pharmacy in New Orleans, LA may suit shoppers who need a nearby drugstore for prescriptions or personal-care purchases, but the available reviews point to inconsistent communication, wait times, and stock availability. Since hours are not listed here and store conditions can change, verify current details before visiting.
