I think a lot of people leave 5 star reviews for average service, as long as nothing goes wrong. But for me, I feel like doing good work means you get an average review. A 5 star review means you did excellent work, and that is exactly why West Coast Moving Systems gets a 5 start review from me. I was in a bind and needed to move things quickly before leaving for a trip. West Coast was able to schedule a pick up within a couple of days. They picked up all my stuff and were in and out of my apartment super efficiently. Mike and Adam handled the move, and they were professional and fast, which freed me up to handle a bunch of other things that I needed to do before my trip. I'll continue to use West Coast Moving Systems in the future. They are excellent!

If you’re looking for movers, you can stop your search and book west coast 🙂 they were on-time, efficient, and over the top service. Ask for Roger and Sion. I couldn’t recommend them more. They helped us move from Oakland Hills to SF. Was NOT fully packed by the time they arrived - still had to move some clothes into a wardrobe box (which they provided), had to wrap my standing desk/console table with a heavy stone slab/huge tv. They helped a TON - wrapped all items carefully in blankets and moved my hanging clothes into the wardrobe box. Then, our place in SF was up 3 flights up stairs and they did not complain at all and were so careful bringing everything up. Could not recommend them more.

I've moved over a dozen times in my life, and this was by far the best moving experience I've had, from the initial estimate, which was onsite and very thorough, through the final item being unloaded from the truck. Service was top notch, both from the movers themselves and through everyone I dealt with throughout the process. A big difference with West Coast is that they're local, family-owned, and employ full-time movers, rather than contractors or day laborers. Even as an outsider, I could tell that the culture of this company was leaps and bounds above any other moving company I've used. Their employees are happy, which translates into great service. On the day of the move, the movers arrived early in the morning, which was unexpected, as I typically end up waiting around for movers to show up. We had a crew of 4 for our 3-bedroom house, and they all showed up smiling, energetic, and eager to make us feel comfortable and help us get the move done quickly and efficiently. In addition to being very friendly, all the movers worked fast - faster than any other movers I've worked with. One of the movers even carried our large couch all the way downstairs by himself at quite a quick pace. They were truly hard workers and made it clear they were working together with us as a team to get this move done. They were very careful with all our items and treated them as their own. Overall, I can't say enough great things about our experience with West Coast. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a hassle-free and affordable moving experience with a fun crew who truly enjoys and cares about the work. Two thumbs way up!
