So many choices of locally sourced, additive free organic and sustainable food. Meat from properly kept animals and seafood responsibly harvested. All that goodness costs a little more. Visiting from out of state and loving the vast food choices. Cheese bar with samples on request. Friendly helpful staff never far. Very clean store. Several entrances, one over loading dock with stairs. Large store, big footprint.

Upon inquiring with staff members, there seems to be a thief that can’t deny themselves pints of Van Leeuwen and Jeni’s ice cream at this store. Because of this, this store doesn’t stock fridges with either of these brands of ice cream. Now, if you’re familiar with the game, you know these two brands are superior. Anyone seeking to purchase a pint must track down an employee from the back fridge and ask for assistance. I had the displeasure of speaking to a middle aged white man today who had an attitude like a sassy 6 year old girl. Unhelpful, uninformed, unwilling to let me speak for longer than a few seconds. He interrupted me several times and was rude and snappy. His coworker stocking the cold meats practically laughed in my face and told me the first guy could help. All for a pint of Jeni’s house coffee ice cream on my damn birthday. If the cases are empty, someone needs to be there ready to assist. Disappointing and astonishing! Always a miserable man ready to ruin days. If you’re getting paid to assist, then do so properly.

First-Time Pickup Experience We were in a rush to buy a few specific items the day before Thanksgiving, so we ordered them online from Whole Foods Market and set them up for pickup on our way home. This was my first time doing this, and I had no idea what to expect. We got there, pulled over, and went into one of the special pickup spots. We let them know (on the app) that we were there. Within a couple of minutes, someone knocked on the window and handed us two bags with all the items we had ordered. Very impressed, we started to leave but realized we had forgotten a few things! You know how that goes?! So, we parked the car and walked in. I should add that this was not my first time in Whole Foods at this location or altogether, but it had been a while since my last visit. The store was busy, as we had predicted, but things were moving fast. We had to ask an associate about one of the items, and she pointed us right to it. The store is well organized and orderly. Within a few minutes, we found everything we needed. Along the way, I passed by the hot food section and was reminded of all the times I was single and had to pick up something to eat on my way home, and this Whole Foods location came to my delicious rescue. Anyhow, this was a very good experience, and I made a mental note to stop by here next time we need something, even though it is just a bit further from home than I would prefer. For anyone considering using Whole Foods for pickup or shopping in-store, I can say that both options are convenient, and the staff is helpful. The online ordering process is simple and efficient, and the in-store experience, even when busy, is smooth and well-organized.

AVAILABILITY SCORE I set my entire food according towards available. It’s hard when things are changing availability MILK DEPARTMENT once you’ve gone past the meat department you’re in the milk department the most important to the most important department and I will say that there are some good fines in this milk department one of the fines that I regularly try to find is rice pudding of the La tea pot brand yummy watch out because some of the rice pudding have no rice so just watch out for that that whole corner is all milky items, milk and cream and yogh and pudding. It’s all there. This is a very important corner of the store and right before that was eggs too. HARDEST TO REACH PLACES I feel like they always put the most attractive items in the hardest to reach places in this case milk it really isn’t no way back corner huh? The rest of the store you can skip except maybe if you’re feeling a little bit sassy a slice of cake the periphery really is the best part of this entire foods THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE I feel like we should talk about the whole experience the foods of in LA having to put it in the car having to self check out check out is really bad here you have to lineup all inside the aisles that’s all good yeah cause then if you’re not done with shopping, do you like do I lineup or do I keep shopping with the wine? I think about this a lot, what else ORGANIC SOAP AND MEDICINE SECTION all soaps are organic soaps and all their medicine section is organic in a bad way so if you like being clean and healthy, this isn’t the place for you ITEMS YOU CAN FIND AT THIS WHOLE FOODS some of the items you can find at this. Whole Foods include Tres Leche cake, carrot cake, cheesecake whole milk, black-and-white cheesecake, Parmesan cheese, New York cheesecake yogh berries, cakes with the frosting that tastes like marzipan, rice, pudding, Barada cheese, Eggo, half-and-half, salmon, salad mix, herb salad, mix, and cashew nuts avocados tomato on the vine salsa GUACAMOLE SPOT I do like that they put all of the little everything for guacamole all in one little spot like tomatoes and avocados and onion in one nice lime, lime, banana bread, spaghetti, tortilla chips, bottle, water, water, lemon lemon juice. ENTIRE FOODS I called it entire foods for a reason. Three stars is my view for entire food.
