Sign in to reviewHow can a business play black/african American music and sell products catered to them but act as though their customer is beneath them. The lady wouldn’t even make eye contact with me. I asked if “isn’t the merchant responsible for the surcharge fee for and not the consumer?” because charging an extra $0.50 to use my card when the balance is less then $5.00 is crazy. The lady just scanned my items and told me to have a good day. The energy in there is gross.
They did not have the product line I was looking for. Also, I believe the counter guy was irritated with me because I genuinely could not understand what he was saying.
Be prepared to be watched like an animal, but it shouldn't matter as long as your not doing anything, but still very annoying!
Just needed 1 item and was told I need to spend more than $5. Whom ever tried to argue n go back n forward with me. Sir try again I go spend my black dollars elsewhere. N boom just like that went down the street n got what I needed for same price. N a free comb. STOP MAKING PPLE PAY FOR YOU ALL FEES just because I’m using a card.
Ole girl behind the counter got big mad when I was paying with my card cause I didn't want to put my PIN# in their card reader. Asked her to use it as a credit card. I showed her my ID which matched the card and the cashier still wanted me to put my PIN#. The purchase amount was over $25 so the debit card could be used as a credit card. She told me the credit card company told her they needed to GET PIN#s when customers use a debit card or they would lose money. Told the lady to give me back my card cause I refused to put in my PIN#. She then ran the card as a credit card while she yelled at me. I will never go back to such rude customer service. I felt that it was something big shady with the machine as to why she kept insisting that I provide my PIN#. Be very careful when you go there and if possible use cash. Too many people will scam you when you provide your pin# on card readers.
