I have to say, I’ve really fallen in love with this place. The owner and the staff (the lady who’s always there) are such wonderful people. They’re so kind to everyone, and their warmth and kindness never fail to touch my heart. The noodles are absolutely delicious. My husband’s favorite is the Spicy Cumin Lamb in Sauce. Mine is the Spicy Hot-Oil Seared in Sauce. I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve eaten here. As a Chinese person who grew up in China, it’s hard to find a Chinese restaurant here that meets my standards, but the noodles at this place are definitely above and beyond.

We absolutely loved your experience and food at Wild Ginger tonight. The owners were very friendly and service was great. Hand pulled noodles were fresh. Sauces had tons of flavor. We will definitely be back! The cold noodle dish was very yummy as well! We will definitely be back.

The overall experience is 1.25 stars. The environment looks nasty/dirty. Bros, please spends extra more time to clean your shop. The food is not specifically good, at least I dont' feel that way. Also not recommended for big group (5+). It is a super tiny shop. Until then I cannot recommend this to others.

First time and last time to go there. Kid wanted to get noodles which they did but, not as good as other places. The server have water with lemon in it, we didn't want the lemon yet, they still didn't offer to swap out.

Great small restaurant that a coworker recommended me. I really enjoyed everything they had to offer. The hospitality of the staff is great. They are very attentive and giving. I assume she was the owner, we were given a free cucumber salad in their signature chili oil sauce that they make and sell separately. The hand pulled noodles were great! I can’t complain about anything on the dish. The pork dumplings were great too. It had a sweetness to it that I can’t pinpoint but it was delicious.
