I had an excellent experience at Yasini Jewelers in Richardson. The customer service was outstanding from the moment I walked in. The staff was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions without any pressure. Their selection of lab-grown diamonds was impressive, with plenty of beautiful options at competitive prices. I was able to find exactly what I was looking for and felt confident in my purchase. What really stood out was their gold buying program. They offered me a much better rate for my gold compared to the pawn shops and cash-for-gold stores I visited around the Dallas area. The process was transparent, professional, and fair. If you’re looking for great service, quality jewelry, lab-grown diamonds, or the best value when selling gold, I highly recommend this store. UPDATE; Very disappointed with my experience at this store. This was my third visit, and unfortunately, it will be my last. Within less than a month, I purchased two items from this location. After one of those purchases, the owner asked me to leave a positive review, which I did. On my most recent visit, I came intending to purchase either a bangle or a pair of earrings. I spent about an hour browsing and discussing options with my family over the phone before making a decision. To my surprise, an employee approached me and told me I had only five minutes left and needed to leave. I was shocked. I have visited many jewelry and gold stores in different states, and I have never been told to leave while shopping. In some stores, we have spent several hours browsing before making purchases worth over $15,000. When I asked whether this was a new policy, the employee initially told me that all gold stores have the same policy. Later, she changed her explanation and said it was this store's policy and that customers should make appointments. My family has been a loyal customer. My sister traveled from Colorado to visit the DFW location and purchased jewelry sets worth more than $10,000. We have also visited the Chicago location, where we had an excellent experience. The owner and staff there have always been welcoming and respectful. In fact, after purchasing a wristband, the owner trusted me enough to allow payment later through Zelle because he knew us as returning customers. To be honest, I was uncomfortable with the employee's attitude from my very first visit. She always seemed rushed and gave me the impression that she wanted me to make a purchase quickly and leave. I also observed what appeared to be a difference in how some customers were treated compared to others, which left me feeling unwelcome. I regret making my purchases at this location and will not be returning. My sister and I would rather travel to Chicago or another state to shop than visit this store again.

As soon as we stepped into Yasini, the employees made finding the right piece so easy and comfortable! The atmosphere is so welcoming and they really work with you to find the best piece!

I’ve been here twice and have bought several pieces of jewelry, I love them all! They have great prices, and an amazing, rotating selection. Maram was so helpful and made great suggestions for a gift. I have metal allergies, so can’t go below 20k gold. She was helpful in only picking up higher karat gold that worked. I’ve been wearing my pieces everyday with no issues, I’ll be back for more soon!
