The restaurant's signature dish is Malatang (Mala Tang), a spicy and numbing hot pot specialty characteristic of Sichuan cuisine, China. Diners visiting for hot pot personally select their desired dipping ingredients—such as shrimp, fish, oysters, beef, and vegetables—according to their preferences. The ingredients are then weighed and priced by weight at $14.99 per pound. Afterward, you choose your preferred soup base; options include beef bone broth, sweet and sour tomato, a spicy dry mix, spicy and sour Tom Yum, rich curry... My family tried this hot pot dish with both the beef bone broth and the Tom Yum base. The ingredients were fresh and delicious, and the service was prompt.

Great food (you choose what goes in the bowl based on weight - currently at $14.99 per lb) and the flavor options are good to choose from. My friends were sad to see they didn't have any onions but other than that, they was super satisfied with what they got to choose from. The only issue was that it was starting to get busy and tables were getting snatched up too fast, so the wait list kiosk should have been turned on. But the food was definitely great and we will be back.
