I wanted to take a moment to recognize the wonderful service I received at the Zales store in Downtown Summerlin​ on my vacation. Tony, Ashley, and Winny were all incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. They made my visit enjoyable from beginning to end and made me feel like a valued customer. It’s refreshing to receive this kind of personal attention, and I’ll definitely be returning to this location​ when I'm back in Las Vegas.​ I really like the pearls I purchased as well.

We had an amazing experience at Zales. The manager and team were extremely nice and helpful. They worked really hard to get us a great deal for a high quality diamonds that you would hardly find anywhere. We had a very unique situation and they were able to come up with a solution when trying to repair and upgrade a custom wedding ring. They went above and beyond! Don’t buy jewelry from anywhere but Zales, because you can’t get this service and warranty in all 50 states anywhere else!! Highly recommend!

The young lady who helped me at the Downtown Summerlin store was extremely helpful, polite, knowledgeable and gave excellent suggestions to find that "exact " gift I was in search of. This is actually the 2nd time I've used this particular store. Both experiences were top notch. Neither time did they attempt to up-sale me. They assisted in finding the perfect gift. I highly recommend this particular store.

I recently visited Zales at Downtown Summerlin and was so impressed with the staff that I wanted management to know. Tony, Winney and Ashley made the experience feel much more personal than a typical shopping trip. They were warm, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care that I found exactly what I was looking for. My wife will go crazy over the item they helped me get. That kind of service is becoming harder to find, and it definitely made me want to return to this store.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from the Downtown Summerlin location in Las Vegas. On June 22, 2026, I purchased a chain and pendant for my husband's 30th birthday. During my purchase, both the sales associate, Michael, and the store manager, Ashley, assured me they would have the item transferred from another local store and that it would arrive by Tuesday or Wednesday (June 23 or 24). I explained that I absolutely needed it no later than Saturday, June 27, for my husband's birthday. When I called on Tuesday to check on the order, I was told it hadn't arrived yet. I continued calling Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, and each time I received a different answer with no actual update. I was initially told the item was coming from a local store, but later I was informed it was actually being shipped from out of state. I was then told it would arrive by Monday, June 29. When I called again on Tuesday, June 30, another employee (I believe her name was Winnie) informed me that the item had apparently been shipped to the wrong store. She apologized and told me I should have it by Friday, July 3. I called again today, July 6, only to be told that the order had been placed on June 30 and that, because of the holiday, it would most likely arrive sometime this week. At this point, I have completely lost confidence in this store. I have been the one calling repeatedly for updates, and after June 27, no one proactively contacted me. The only employee who consistently kept me informed in the beginning was Michael. Since then, communication has been nonexistent. What frustrates me most is the repeated misinformation and broken promises. Every time I call, I receive a different explanation. Had I been given accurate information from the start, my expectations would have been different. Instead, I was repeatedly assured the item would arrive by specific dates that came and went without any follow-up. This experience has been incredibly unprofessional and disappointing. I can't help but wonder if my purchase wasn't treated as a priority because it wasn't a high-dollar sale. Regardless of how much a customer spends, everyone deserves honest communication and good customer service. Unfortunately, this is not our first negative experience with this specific location. My husband has made two previous purchases here, and both of those experiences also involved issues. After three disappointing experiences, it's clear there is a pattern. At this point, I believe a full refund is warranted, along with some form of compensation for the inconvenience, missed birthday gift, lack of communication, and repeated misinformation. I expected much better service from a jewelry store, especially when purchasing a meaningful gift for such an important occasion.
