Sign in to reviewI had a great pedicure here recently! I called at 6pm and they were able to get me in at 6:30 for a regular pedicure before they closed. It was $35 and they accept Venmo or card. The space is really small but the atmosphere is relaxing and I didn't feel rushed even though they were closing soon. They showed me the polish color on one toe before painting the rest to make sure I liked it. They also had a portable/electric dryer for me at the end that sped up the drying process and made sure my toes were completely dry before leaving. I can't wait to come back!
This services provided by this place is poor and unprofessional and the store owner does not stand to correct the mess she had created on my nails.; I got a gel Mani which have done most of my life but have never seen such a unprofessional and poor work by anyone done on my nails and worse than that, the owner refused to fix the issue when asked to fix the mess she has done on my nails.my nails came out horribly wrong. The nails are I even and there is clump on tip of my nails and base of my nails are not even fully covered by nail polish. Nails are lumpy when you tilt your nail- I paid $57 plus $7 tax for this horrible service and when the owner refused to fix it, I demanded a refund; she wanted my pay her $35 to remove the mess she has done on my nail. There is a sign for best business reward by the door which I am wondering how could earn such an award with poor service they provide. I see another customer reported exact same problem in the reviews. Ladies be aware before spending your money on this ship.
I came here because they had such great reviews and I’m not sure how that’s possible. I got a standard powder dip and it came out horribly. Nails are not even, are lumpy when you tilt your nail- they weren’t when I arrived so I’m not sure if it was too much drummel or what. Two days later, with no roughness use of my hands, it’s chipped down to the powder. I’ve never experienced this before. I’m equally disappointed about the pedicure. You can see the polish streaks and the color is not consistent. Their set up is not even conducive for a mani & pedi at the same time. Maybe powder is not their strong point, I’m not sure but It’s so disappointing to spend so much and be so disappointed. On the plus side, the staff was nice and at the time I went, there was no wait. I also didn’t feel rushed. But definitely call ahead because it’s a small operation. Would not recommend for powder nor will I be returning.
Last min walk-in for New Year event and they were super helpful and warm; Mary did an amazing job on my silver gel manicure with glitter. Tammy was so great and did a fabulous job on my pedicure. Looking forward to coming back!
Writing the review in hopes this place will change their ways for future customers… not me as I will never come back here. I call to make a reservation- they ask for name and number so i think everything is good. When I get there theres one woman who is waiting and another getting pedicure. I tell them my name and i made a res. They say ok and after a few minutes they start giving lady who is waiting a manicure. After about 5 mins i ask how long and they point to the lady getting pedicure saying after her - she was on her first clear coat of nail polish. So i decide to leave. Why tell me to come at a certain time when youre not going to guarantee a reservation? Did you think id wait 30 mins when theres a million other nail salons? So disappointing- not only did you guarantee i wouldnt get a pedicure but you get a bad review as customers cannot trust this salon will guarantee their reservation? I would have much rather you had been honest with me. On top of that the salon is tiny and a bit uncomfortable. They dont even have proper manicure stations- you sit in the entry way on a black leather couch and a pillow for your hands. Save your time for places that are far more inviting and comfortable, as well as those that guarantee a reservation. This place is so small youre bound to wait bc of small amount of employees. More importantly, dont be dishonest with a customer that is making the time to call you for a reservation bc i can guarantee they will find another place instead of waiting.
