Highly recommend! I found Eaton Custom Jewelers through an online search for a trusted place to restore my mother's 1966 wedding ring set. (And I needed somewhere that was open on a Saturday because my fiancé had just started a new job.) I planned to use this set for my own upcoming wedding and wanted it handled with care, not because it had a lot of monetary value, but because it held substantial sentimental value to me. Eaton was first on my list of places to visit for an estimate, and where I decided to immediately trust with my rings after just a few minutes into my experience there. I had called ahead and was told we were able to walk in on a Saturday without an appointment for a repair appraisal on the one ring set, and upon entering David Eaton and his employee Denise were immediately warm and welcoming to me and my fiancé. They quickly appraised the rings, treating them and us, I believe, equal to a customer with a much more valuable item—and I greatly appreciated that. The engagement stone and another small stone from the halo was missing, and David advised and evaluated quickly and efficiently the shape and size of primary stone that would fit perfectly as a replacement. And then we braced ourselves for the price. The pricing is SO very affordable. I mean, I cannot express how taken aback we were by how affordable! I went to Eaton’s for a custom engagement ring. Not only was David able to match the vision of the ring to my jumbled ideas, the process was flawless. From receiving the cad to the finished ring the work was efficient and extremely well done. A week after I proposed and needed resizing, same story. They helped us design a stunning ring featuring a 4 carat elongated cushion center stone with a hidden halo, paired with a substantial diamond band and matching eternity band. I had 2 rings resized here. Quick turnaround and my rings looked perfect, came back polished, looking like new. I also bought 2 gold necklaces at a great price compared to other jewelers. I also had diamond earrings made and they did such an amazing job!!!! Cannot recommend this place more. They can do everything and anything for a great price with great service.
