Took my dad to see Dr. Nguyen and had an excellent experience. Everyone, from the front desk staff to clinic personnel, was very kind and helpful. Dr. Nguyen took time to really went through the examination and answered all our questions. So grateful that we found a place for great medical care for my dad!

I showed up and was told that the system has been double booking all the doctor's appointments and she wasn't accepting new patients for months. They said they called and left a voicemail. Mind you, I got two follow up emails and two follow up texts confirming the visit. I was grateful to be rebooked with a nurse practitioner, but she didn't take my concerns seriously. I have been dealing with the worst fatigue I've ever felt in my life. I am exhausted and I still cannot sleep. She started talking about sleep routines and anxiety. Something is wrong. I have a concussion. I needed physical help. And she wanted me to put calming music on. I left. I don't need to be dismissed, I need actual help.

Just needed to see a new doctor at this clinic as my previous PA left to another practice. I need to be prescribed BP medication and my last refill expired a couple weeks ago. I have tried booking appointments online, in person, and over the phone. I was told in person that I would have to schedule an appointment with the doctor before they could even prescribe a temporary refill, while I waited for appointment. Online I booked an appointment, only to be called the day before & told he doesn’t see people at that time. Called on the phone, put on hold twice, totaling 15 minutes, & was told they couldn’t see me until May. They don’t seem to care that a patient that needs BP medication prescribed will go weeks or more without it. Find a different clinic for your medical needs. You’d be doing yourself & them a big favor.

Dr Vengali is thoughtful and attentive. The staff here has always been pleasant and accommodating. Nurses great demeanor. This place cares!

Unfortunately, the experience with the front-desk staff and one of the medical assistants was disappointing. The medical assistant communicated in a distinct vernacular, which was difficult for the patient to interpret. Although the patient is fluent in English, the assistant raised their voice and behaved disrespectfully, rather than speaking clearly and respectfully. After the appointment, the same medical assistant laughed and made discourteous comments at the front desk as we were leaving. This lack of respectful communication and empathy made us feel unwelcome. While the doctor and lab technician were excellent, the actions of a few staff members have prompted me to give a one-star rating for this visit. Ultimately, patients are valued customers, and it is essential for staff to provide exemplary customer service at all times. Payment for services contributes directly to staff compensation, making respect and professionalism a basic expectation. I will carefully consider my options before booking future appointments. I hope this feedback helps the office improve staff training and ensures a better patient experience moving forward.
