I’ve been going to Milano Nail Salon in Flower Mound for 2 years now, and I truly can’t recommend them enough! Every visit is such a great experience from the moment you walk in. The salon is always clean, welcoming, and relaxing, and the entire staff is so friendly and professional. A huge shoutout to my favorite nail techs, Hana and Henry! They are both incredibly talented, detail-oriented, and genuinely care about making sure every appointment is perfect. They always take such amazing care of me, and they’ve also been wonderful with my friends and family. We all leave with beautiful nails and the best experience every single time. What really sets Hana and Henry apart is how kind, patient, and personable they are. They remember their clients, take their time, and consistently go above and beyond to make everyone feel comfortable and valued. Whether you’re getting a simple manicure or a more detailed set, you can tell they take pride in their work. If you’re looking for a nail salon in Flower Mound with exceptional service and talented technicians who truly care about their clients, Milano Nail Salon is the place to go. I’m having a great experience at Milano’s. I came as a party of four for pedicures and we’re all be well taken care of. The implements are sealed like in a medical environment. The atmosphere is clean and aesthetically pleasing. It is well ventilated. Quality products. Did I mention clean tools?! Employees are professional and they smile. Grace, Lena, Nancy and Van were awesome.

I got mine done with Cindy. It was my first time, but read many reviews so I knew what to expect with attentive hospitality and frequent check-ins if the nails looked good. They were upfront about the cost, which I appreciated ($65 without tip with a discount). I only get my nails done once a year so the cost wasn’t an issue. I got a complimentary Vietnamese iced coffee which was good. Overall, loved the turnout and will be back with Cindy next year.

This was my first time here. I chose Milano Nail Spa based on other google reviews. Oh my goodness! I completely understand why this place has 5 stars with well over 1000 reviews. Everyone at reception is so friendly. I went at 10 am on a Saturday, they were busy, but by no means packed. You can tell a lot of thought went into design based on comfort of the clients. I had the pleasure of Jen doing my pedicure. She was absolutely amazing. There was nice conversation and wonderful moments of silence. The perfect balance. Diana did my manicure and she was absolutely fantastic. Such attention to detail. Both ladies checked on my Comfort multiple times. I would be remiss to not mention the hot towels! Oh my goodness. Exactly what I needed. Their prices were phenomenal. My manicure and pedicure came in at a little over $70. With tip I walked out at slightly less than $100. Worth every single penny. Thank you, Jen and Diana for making my experience so relaxing and comfortable.

Went here for the first time. I have been getting my nails done a long time plus I had my nail license for over 15 years. I got a very nice but young nail tech. I have my own nails and was just doing dip. I ask for almond shape and instead I got pointed. She made them so pointed that she filed down the sides of my own nail that I can see the skin hanging out at my nail bed. Probable one of the worst nails I have had in a long time. I will be going this week to try and get them fixed elsewhere.
