We were helping a couple friends to get their home rented out. Sang was our realtor. She is more than professional and friendly; has made the whole process easy and smooth. First, Sang came out to meet the homeowners, to listen to their needs and wishes. She provided them with detailed market analysis and guided them through setting a price point. Once a set date was chosen for the house listing to go on the market, she sent in a professional photographer to take photos of the house. We believe that the high quality of the pictures was one of the main reasons that the listing attracted so much "traffic". Applications poured in, the house was rented out within a week! Throughout the whole process, Sang was communicative, responsive and super easy to work with. Knowledgeable, competent, confident, and hard working (often late into the night in order for us to get the most updated info), she helped the homeowners strategize on wording a good term on the contract, so her clients are protected. At the same time, she worked diligently with the potential renters (and their agents) to make sure that all terms/requests from both sides were communicated and understood clearly to ensure a smooth process and a successful result.
