Myint Julia Y MD

I work for an insurance provider and I would have to say this female office clerk who works on the phone has to be one of the poorest customer service representative that I've ever had to deal with in all of my experience. She was rude to the medical group, member and had absolutely no patience what so ever. Supervisor and doctors here should record and listen to how she handles her calls. I can't believe she still has a job here. I can't comment on the doctor or his work, but after dealing with the unprofessionalism from the start, it was my pleasure to help the member find a new PCP so she doesn't have to deal with this type of service in the future.

I would not recommend this office. I tried to make an appointment for my mother as a new patient to this office and she is assigned to this PCP through Anthem Blue Cross. I spoke to the front office, Maria. She kept asking if Dr. Myint is her assigned PCP and I told her yes as showed on my mothers insurance card. She kepting asking me to make sure that Dr. Myint is the assigned PCP and then asked me if I was located where the office resides in Daly City. We live in the East Bay and don't mind traveling to Daly City for an appointment with Dr. Myint. When I informed her that we do not live in Daly City, she made a remark and said to me "isn't Daly City too far to travel". At this point, I told Maria that I will find a differnt doctor that is closer to us and thank you for your time. I don't mind traveling to have my mother see a doctor as she needs her exam and medication due to high blood pressure. The previous doctor that was assigned to her is no longer part of the network and I found this office through calling Blue Cross and looking for a PCP but I think the fact that the front office staff kept asking me to make sure we have the right PCP assigned and asked why we would travel that far for an appointment. I would not recommend this place based on the tone of the communication relayed to me over the phone by the staff.

Dr myint and staff very caring , Mae and maria are so kind and helpful . Dr Myint is a caring doctor , gives us her expert opinions with our medical concerns , listens to our needs . Very happy with her care

This staff and Doctor has been so attentative to me, it's remarkable! They stepped up when I needed them after being sick in the hospital! I can't see how any review could post negative of them. These people must be sensitive or thin skinned. Anyway , they got my vote! Better knowledge and modernized then previous doctor!!

I've been with Dr. Myint for more than a decade. Always listen to my concerns and answer all my questions. I've received great care and the whole team is very responsive as well.
