Pioneer Medical Associates, Primary Care and Cardiology Clinic

My family and I have been patients at Pioneer Medical Associates for the past six years, and the care we’ve received has been exceptional. Our PCP, Dr. Lissy Joseph, has been wonderful. She always makes sure my parents stay on track with their three‑month follow‑ups, takes the time to go over every result, and immediately points out anything they need to work on to keep their health in check. The entire staff—from the front desk to the medical assistants—is consistently kind, patient, and accommodating. A few months ago, my mom suddenly began experiencing constant stomach pain. During her annual checkup, Dr. Lissy quickly recognized that it was likely a hernia and referred her to a specialist right away. Thanks to her attentiveness, my mom received timely care and is doing great now. Dr. Lissy is incredibly thorough and pays close attention to detail. My parents truly appreciate the level of care she provides. We’re very grateful for Pioneer Medical Associates and highly recommend them.

I have been seeing Dr. Lizzy Joseph for the past couple of years, and I couldn’t be happier with the care I’ve received. She always takes the time to listen, answer my questions, and never makes me feel rushed during appointments. Very good doctor. Super nice and friendly. Dr. Raman Parabindala explained every single detail during my pap exam and all the follow up regarding my lab test and results. Highly recommended. The only suggestion is about the person in the front desk who’s not always confirm the appointments correctly and send on text messages the confirmations. That happened to me recently when I was there she confirmed for her own words that I have to be there next Tuesday for lab test and when I got in I never was scheduled. She confirmed in that moment cause I was there fasting and on time, but she’s so important with the patients as well. Dr. Raman and Ana they are so kindly and amazing. The girl in the front desk she’s friendly and kind as well, just she needs improves her attention 👍

I am patient of dr. Pablani. I cannot say enough about her wonderful personality, patience and experience. She is a very thoughtful and knowledgeable. I never felt rushed during my appointment. The staff of the office is super friendly and helpful. The Only challenge I experience, over and over again, when I need to call the office, who ever picks the phone never speaks clearly. It is a very difficult situation. It is super hard to understand that person. I wish phone communication would be better. Generally, my doctor is wonderful !!!!!
