Great doctors always helpful and friendly staff. There is usually a wait even if you have an appointment- but that’s most places.

I am a new patient at USMD but my first experience was wonderful! I saw PA Tina Cruz and loved her. Definitely recommend her! She was so attentive to my concerns and addressed every single one of them. I didn’t feel rushed at all. She has great bedside manner and answered all of my questions, giving me explanations with everything. I saw some reviews saying prescriptions took forever, but mine was filled and ready at the pharmacy before I even left. Nurses and staff were super kind. No wait time for blood work either! I had read reviews before coming here and was a little nervous, but I had a great first visit. Hope it stays like this!

I came in for a routine physical and lab work and while my physical exam was covered by my insurance, the receptionist who took my insurance info didn’t inform me that the blood work would be outsourced and not covered by my insurance and I was sent a bill in the mail that I did not expect. I don’t know why they don’t disclose important information like this but after all, these clinics are try to pull money from people any way they can. And when I called to ask about this, the billing department lady was speaking gibberish and trying to confuse me. It took so long to figure out why I was charged that bill and now that I know, it’s really upsetting. Really frustrating when charges like these aren’t disclosed to patients. UPDATE: ALSO ABSOLUTELY CANNOT REACH THEM BY PHONE ANYMORE. The automated system is not working at all. Cannot reach the office or the billing department.

Bad service! Called for 2 days to get prescription refilled was told it was being taken care of. Called 2nd day still didn't get taken care of. If you need medicine monthly do not go to this place. The pharmacy said no one talk to them and the doctors office said they called "really"? I've used the Pharmacy for 3 years the doctor just one year. I never had a problem at my old USMD office in Carrollton.

Avoid at all cost. Worst service and disconnected staff. I will give you examples 1. Lab guy messed up test so went twice last year. 2. Dr. Suman prescribed supplements without even ordering the test and no action even when informing them upfront. 3. Other practices that I have used, gives the results and in a day or two and here it takes weeks and that too you have to follow up. 4. They tell you portal is the fastest way to communicate but no one responds for weeks. 5. Dr. Suman doesn't seem to even understand symptoms. Kept telling him my symptom is not what he writing prescription for but he still placed it and even gave the same to the referred practice as well. I am even skeptical taking any medication/supplement he prescribes. First year I gave them benefit of doubt but got same service this year too hence concluded this a messed up place. Not going again.
