Autumn Court Chinese Restaurant is a Chinese restaurant at 3752 E Indian School Rd in Phoenix, AZ. It is a local option for people looking for Chinese food in Phoenix, whether they are planning a shared meal or hoping to pick up dinner. Customer feedback indicates that the restaurant currently provides takeout, while one reviewer recalls it as a buffet in the past. Since hours are not available in the supplied business information, it is a good idea to confirm current service details before making a special trip.
Some customers highlight generous, freshly prepared favorites. One reviewer described ordering a small party tray at short notice and finding it hot and ready about 25 minutes later. The House Lo Mein stood out in that account for its tender shrimp, beef, and chicken, and the tray was a hit at a potluck. That experience suggests Autumn Court may be worth considering when you need a Chinese takeout option for a group, a casual gathering, or a meal to share. Other dishes mentioned by customers include Kung Pao chicken, orange chicken, house special fried rice, egg rolls, and Hong Kong noodles. Experiences differ, so these mentions are best treated as examples of items people have tried rather than a guarantee of a particular preparation.
The available reviews present a mixed picture of food quality, value, and service. Some diners praise the flavor and convenience of their order, while others report concerns about portions, preparation, or prices compared with what they received. One reviewer liked the crunch of an egg roll but found its filling disappointing; another said the Kung Pao chicken was much hotter than expected. There is also a serious food-safety complaint in the reviews. That is a customer's allegation, not an independently verified finding, but it is relevant context for anyone weighing recent feedback. Overall, the listed 3.7-star rating across 852 reviews reflects a range of experiences rather than a uniform consensus.
For Phoenix residents and visitors near East Indian School Road, Autumn Court can be considered for Chinese takeout, including noodle dishes and party-sized orders, based on customer accounts. It may suit diners who value convenient pickup and want to explore familiar Chinese-American menu items, while people ordering for a group may want to confirm tray size, timing, and the dishes included when placing an order. Because reviews vary, checking current menu and pickup details directly is sensible. Autumn Court Chinese Restaurant is one of the Chinese dining choices in Phoenix, and the customer feedback offers practical details to consider before deciding whether it fits your meal plans.

We arrived and the person working had to unlock the door for us and locked it after we entered. The house special fried rice had barely any meat. No shrimp at all. The orange chicken was overcooked. And the prices are definitely way over priced for the quality of product. I will never eat here again.
Emmy helped me and was very nice. I got a small party tray last minute and it was piping hot and ready when I arrived 25 minutes later. DELICIOUS House Lo mein with Huge Tender shrimp, beef and chicken. Party Hit! Will definitely return for my future potluck needs.
Disgusting place do no not go there. There was mold in their eggs we have ordered earlier and running different restaurants names through DoorDash under the same place. So sketchy and weird and when we called they laughed about it offering another fried rice . Sketchy place needs to be shut down !!!!!
Kung Pao chicken is normally hot, but this was like level 5 Thai hot and tasted very much like hot tomato paste. The egg roll had good crunch, but was mushy inside. Hong kong noodles could take it or leave it.
The Autumn Court, formerly a high-quality Chinese buffet, now only provides takeout services. I seized the opportunity of a "To Good to Go" surprise bag to sample their Chinese cuisine. In comparison to other surprise bags, their offering was relatively small. The container consisted of half white rice, topped with broccoli chicken and tofu in a spicy brown sauce. The menu offered a comprehensive selection, yet it appeared slightly expensive. They may want to consider introducing more affordable lunch special combination plates.
