Great selection of items, staff are friendly and helpful for the most part, but I wouldn’t recommend getting your wig installed here. The person who did mine cut all my lace off and despite buying both wig tape and glue, the next morning my wig was sliding off when i took off my head wrap. They have a no touch up policy unfortunately

I came in about 30mins ago with my husband. We were looking for African wash clothes but decided to walk the store and see what they have maybe we can find a few things. We were in the hair store next door and spent about $250 so let’s see what the other store have well spend more because they had more. An employee by the name of claudin watched us as we came in and followed through out the store. Mind you I’ve been in there one time before didn’t know the wig policy you can’t take the wig off unless it’s for purchase. I wanted to purchased but she didn’t ask that. She asked if we need help I said “no we don’t” and then kept saying yes you do but rude as hell. We going back and forth then that’s when she says you can’t take the wig. I’ve taken the wig off the last time I was there because my sister was purchasing it same issue here. She also had a client in her chair and proceed to still arguing talking about zip codes and area codes. I didn’t anything I started laugh because my husband told me to just relax try to ignore it. Then she kept going and going my husband then said something to her and she kept going. Second time I’ve had bad service from here. If this is how they run a company then I will not be going back. The first time I let it go but second time in a row this is crazy. Camille was calm and nice about it she apologize for her coworkers behavior but this is not how you conduct business as a previous store manager myself. This type of behavior brings your business down. I hope this is a learn experience for most store owners that’s family owned I will not be coming back here although they had everything I need.

I’ve been a regular customer at Beauty Depot, but my experience yesterday was extremely upsetting and honestly humiliating. As I was walking into the store, I held the door open for two younger girls behind me. The alarm beeped as we entered, and immediately a store associate approached me, took my purse, and began checking it as if I had stolen something. I tried explaining that the alarm likely went off because of the two girls who walked in behind me, but she ignored what I was saying and continued treating me like I was a thief. After checking my purse, it did not trigger the alarm. She then came back, apologized, and acknowledged that it must have been the other two girls—but she never approached them or questioned them at all. I’m a 43-year-old working professional and a paying, returning customer. I had no reason to be singled out, embarrassed, and treated this way in front of others. The situation was handled poorly, and it made me feel unfairly targeted. I understand loss prevention is part of retail, but how it’s handled matters. Customers deserve to be treated with respect and not immediately assumed guilty. I hope management addresses this and trains staff on how to handle these situations more appropriately in the future.
