Sign in to reviewI am genuinely so disappointed! I came in 2 days ago on 3/15/26 for a gel pedicure. It was pretty expensive for a basic gel pedicure. I paid $58 for the basic gel pedicure with french tip. Ive always paid around $40 at other salons BUT the price is not my issue. My issue is that NOW I HAVE 2 SUPER IRRITATED SOON TO BE INFECTED BIG TOENAILS!!!!! Never have i experienced this at any salon. I have pain in both big toes when i walk due to whoever did my pedicure cutting my nails wrong. She cut out “ingrowns” that i had. I had zero pain prior to coming in even with my “ingrowns” (which was dead skin by the way not my nail. She did slightly hurt me when cutting my nails then proceeded to put my feet back in the dirty water and didnt take any precautions to potentially prevent this… Now i have irritation, swelling, and PUS coming out of the toenails in JUST 2 DAYS! I leave for vacation on friday, i am genuinely upset by this. Please save your money and your toes and go elsewhere!!! They are super nice and got us in right away but that does not make up for my painful toes that i have to deal with now.
So, I walked into Bliss Nails #2 today. It had been a long time, but my niece wanted to get a pedicure, so I said sure, let's do it. We arrived on time for our appointment, and I was able to see Kevin, who used to do my nails years ago. We were called to two chairs for our pedicures. My niece had acrylic on her toes, so they had to soak off the gel. I waited a few moments for someone to help me, which was fine since my toes were plain, with no color. The technician came; I didn’t catch her name until the end of the service. (It was aT). During my pedicure, she answered her phone a few times and tried to complete my pedicure with one hand. 🤦🏾♀️ After the third call, she apologized and said it was her sister. As my pedicure progressed, she offered hot wax for $10 more. I agreed. She then put paper between my toes, and as she prepped them, she got up and left. I waited a few minutes—my niece was enjoying her wax and massage—but the technician didn’t return. Finally, I called over to Kevin and asked if someone could just polish my toes clear. Someone came over, apologized, and polished my toes clear. I was disappointed but understood why I had stopped coming to this shop. I now go somewhere else. I was charged $37.00 for a half-done pedicure. 🤷🏾♀️ It's unfortunate because, in reality, that was a $25.00 service
It took over two hours for a manicure and pedicure. Horrible quality. Terrible pricing. It’s been around 10 days since I came in and 3 of my dipped manicured nails have broken. The length of time it took was obnoxiously long. I do not recommend this place at all.
My first time in and the nails were pretty.. two days later they started cracking and breaking. I’m a stay at home mom who isn’t rough with my hands. I go back to give them a second chance and day one, another one broke. Second day, the second nail broke. Day three, the thumb nail is cracked. I go in and ask for a refund because the quality is NOT worth $70! I was told he can just fix it not refund it. I was also told because I had a fill done they are weaker and I should expect for them to break after day 3. I don’t want any more work done by them to just have to worry about when it’s going to break again. A total of 7 nails broken in less than a 2 1/2 week time frame. They have terrible quality work. Friendly and pretty nails but WILL ABSOLUTELY break in a two day time frame. First picture is freshly done.. second picture is 3 days later.. don’t waste your money!!
Lina and Nathalie are my go to girls. Lina out did herself I’m not a white French tip type of girl but I wanted something simple and elegant because tomorrow is a big day for me so Lina heard me out and gave me the pink base I always want but with a white chrome French tip and Titi gave me a relaxing and wonderful pedi. Love this place Emmy and Titi are my go to girls for pedicures ♥️
