The server was super nice and even made sure I had a punch card for next time for my drinks, the issue was the drinks it self. The strawberry banana smoothie tastes like Kroger brand strawberry ice cream, no banana and not a smoothie :( I did not want a milkshake and that’s just what it tastes like unfortunately. The vanilla cappuccino was okay too, it was slightlyyyyy chunky, but the flavor was good. The coffee was very strong which my cousin liked. The donuts are usually pretty good as well, but it felt like a very limited/repetitive selection today so I skipped them.
This is a clean, light and open Bosa. The staff was prompt and courteous. I started my day at Starbucks because I had a giftcard, walked into chaos and walked right out. Glad a Bosa was nearby. They make the best donuts around and really can't beat the get in, get what you want and get out for a great price.
I can't say the doughnuts are good because I opened the door for another customer and walked in I stood there looking at all the choices!.....then another customer walked in and the girls skipped me and helped both the two customers that walked in as I did...funny I wasn't greeted or spoken to... So after waiting to be third in line the two girls went to the back for almost ten minutes.....so I left without getting 3 dozen plus dz doughnut holes and a breakfast sandwich to go but nope, nada, nothing and I felt I wasn't even a customer......stood there with my cash!!! So I will never buy or eat a bisa d
I love your guy's shop I eat here all the time, I would suggest adding hash browns to your menu to make the breakfast sandwiches a meal option. I think it will sell well and bring more breakfast customers
Horrible experience. Ordered two drinks and asked for one with light ice. The woman stated ok but you won't get more product. I was confused and after a bit I stated well just put as much ice as you would like. She brought the drinks and they were both large. They were a little more than 3/4 full. I asked why the drinks were like that and she stayed oh well you wanted light ice. I figured I paid and didn't ask for a small. The woman said no she wasn't gonna fill the one drink up ( which has less product than the other). I was upset and left. NEVER going back to this location on 19th Ave and Pinnacle Peak. I called to speak to the manager later and it turns out she's the manager. What type of manager is this, she was rude and didn't seem to care. She only wants to save product like she bought it with her own money. I wouldn't give her any stars, I have been to another Bosa location and my drinks were filled to the top.
