First Lady Beauty Supply

First Lady Beauty Supply is a beauty supply store at 5531 S 78th St in Tampa, Florida 33619. It serves shoppers looking for beauty and hair products in the Tampa area, with customer reviews highlighting a wide variety of items, wigs, and prices described as reasonable. Whether you are browsing for a particular style or comparing options, the store offers a local place to explore beauty supplies in person.

Wigs are among the products customers specifically mention. One reviewer says they have bought several and appreciated the quality and price, while another describes the selection as broad. These are individual customer experiences rather than a guarantee that every item will be available, so shoppers looking for a specific wig or product may want to check with the store before making a special trip. Reviews also mention helpful staff, clean aisles, and friendly interactions, though experiences with service have not been consistent for everyone.

The atmosphere described by customers ranges from welcoming and tidy to frustrating when service falls short. Some reviewers praise friendly assistance and recount a helpful exchange after a hair appointment was canceled; others report dismissive interactions or dissatisfaction with service from particular staff members. This mix of feedback gives visitors a realistic picture: many customers have had positive visits, while service can vary. The business has a 4.1-star rating from 130 reviews, reflecting a range of opinions rather than a single experience.

The listed hours are Monday through Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.; Friday and Saturday, 8:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.; and Sunday, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. One reviewer reported finding the store closed shortly after its posted opening time, so confirming hours before visiting may be worthwhile, particularly if you are coming from farther away or need to shop at opening. The address is 5531 S 78th St, Tampa, FL 33619.

For Tampa shoppers, First Lady Beauty Supply may be a useful stop when variety, wig selection, and in-person browsing matter. It may suit customers comparing beauty products, looking for hair supplies, or hoping to ask staff for help choosing between options. Reviews include both recommendations and criticism, so expectations are best kept practical: selection and pricing receive positive mentions, while opening-time reliability and customer service have drawn mixed comments. Check current availability and hours for the smoothest visit.
