Adriana and Theresa at IDC Tampa are absolutely amazing! For our 10 year anniversary, my husband wanted to get me a band to complete my engagement and wedding ring set. He wasn't sure if he was going to be able to find the style that would work, though the first one they ordered was slightly off (a bit thicker), they quickly remedied the issue. The new band was a perfect fit against my original setting. Then they resized all 3 bands and sautered them, creating the beautiful final result you see pictured. When picking up my ring, I decided to sit down with Adriana and Theresa and "just see" how much a custom designed ring would be. It took us 6 years to get pregnant and I wanted a piece of jewelry that represented my journey to becoming a mom and my beautiful son. They sat with me, listened to all of my ideas, shared their expertise, to help design what I wanted. Today I picked up my custom designed ring and I could not be happier. It's even better than I imagined and I'm so grateful for their help, attentiveness, and honestly just the joy they shared with me in creating a piece of jewelry I will treasure forever. Thank you ladies!
Flor was great! Amazing customer service! She was very welcoming and understood exactly what we wanted. Very attentive at what we were looking for and even on prices. Showed us all kinds of wedding bands. Made me feel like I was the boss of my own decision rather than her being pushy.
