Sign in to reviewGhchapon section is amazing! I come here every week to get my favorite items! The chopstick selection is the best around. They are so cute and everything in this store makes great gifts. I get all my snacks from here. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place to anyone that wants great quality imported products with a local business!!!
It’s a cute store, but the vibe is always weird when you go in. The cashiers just stare at you, and they either follow you, or stay in one place. There’s no in between. They have a lot of cool figures, but the shirts are clearly made with A.I. The quality of their shirts are horrible. They look so fake, and the graphics are just really bad. Not enough for what they’re selling it for.
I stop by sometimes and I really like the selection of the store, but a few times I’ve had interactions with the employees that make me not want to go back. My last visit, I was holding an item that I had been looking for, but realized they had a different variation, so as I was carefully reading the box on each item, one of the employees stood a few feet away with his arms crossed just staring at me. I get that there is an issue with theft, but it made me feel uncomfortable and it seemed that he was trying to make it obvious that I was being monitored. I understand that you aren’t supposed to touch things you aren’t buying, but there’s certain cases where I don’t find that practical if you want to read small lettering on the packaging, especially when there’s multiple variations of the same item. Just be mindful when you are in the store that any little thing you do can make them treat you like you’re up to no good.
This place was so cute and wholesome! It genuinely made me happy to see everything!! I hope that someday they have a bigger selection of nendoroids and other anime figures ! Overall this is place was great and I highly recommend to come and support them it was such a wonderful visit:)
