Ok y'all let me tell you Jenny is 🔥! She did it with this beauty store! Absolutely amazing! I walked in and my jaw dropped... It was sooo big; I have never seen a beauty supply store so big! Jenny honey you outdid yourself boo!🤣👏🏾. The isles have a plethora of items; it is like a candy store for beauty enthusiasts... I've never seen so many colors of rubber bands either...sheesh! (Check my video). Soooo many items to choose from and the hair prices are very affordable! Now listen Im embarrassed to say I know some of my people steal....but crooks before you try it; they've got over 50 cameras in and out; oh and not to mention if you shop here your in Denton County! They gave a man a "LIFE" sentence for robbing a pizza place so keep that crap in that "HOOD"....Denton county passes out "LIFE" sentences y'all, you have been warned! 🤣🤣🤣🤷🏾 Now the most exciting thing I saw was "US"! I had to do a double take because I saw more than 5 black employees! 👏🏾👏🏾💪🏾🙌🏾 Jenny gurl u did good!! We spend a lot of our $$ in Asian Beauty Stores, the least y'all can do is employ some of us. Thank you ma'am for that!❤️ Lastly I'd like to send a shout out to Gene, and older gentleman who looked like the owner but said he wasn't. 😉 At any rate he knew exactly where my item was, walked me to it and was very friendly. RACIALLY PROFILING MANAGEMENT!!! It's sad that a store that profits so heavily from Black customers would make Black women feel unwelcome. Spend your money where you're treated with respect. I walked into this beauty supply store expecting to shop in peace and instead felt racially profiled. An Asian man who appeared to be the manager followed me around the store the ENTIRE TIME! As a Black woman, it was obvious I was being watched and treated like a potential THIEF instead of a CUSTOMER! I work too hard for my money to be made to feel that way. Seriously. The only positive part of my visit was the Black woman at the register, who was kind and made me feel a little better before I left. I will NEVER return.

The store is beautiful and clean but one of the cashiers (light skinned, black, older lady) is just so rude and judgey every time I come in. Most recent incident was when I was spending $300+ on some blonde weave and as she rings me up, shaking her head and said, “shame what people have to do to feel beautiful.” And I said “yep - I’ll spend whatever I need to make me happiest!”. Like excuse me?! My purchases help you keep a job! Why are you talking shit about your patrons? Absolutely ridiculous. I would go somewhere else but this location is closest to my house.

Left a security tag on my wig. Now I'm out of state with no way of removing this. Decent customer service could have prevented this. The men at the front barely greeted me, seemingly only wanting my money. Don't go here.

If this location represents Jenny’s Supply standards, then customers should lower their expectations.🫩😕 This is by far the most unprofessional Jenny’s Supply location I’ve experienced. The store advertises that it closes at 8:00 PM on the door, yet employees routinely refuse customers entry at 7:55 PM. No other Jenny’s in surrounding areas — Lewisville, Fort Worth, Dallas, or Mansfield — operates this way. If the store intends to close at 7:55, then the posted hours should reflect that. Otherwise, this comes across as misleading and disrespectful to customers who arrive within the advertised business hours. Unfortunately, the issues don’t stop there. The customer service at this location is consistently poor. Several employees display dismissive, rude attitudes and behave as though customers are an inconvenience rather than the reason the store exists. It creates an uncomfortable and unwelcoming environment that reflects poorly on the entire business. Even more concerning are the repeated pricing discrepancies. There have been instances where extra charges — sometimes $10 to $20 — were added without explanation. By the time you realize it, you’ve already left and your bank statement reflects a higher total than expected. That’s not just frustrating — it raises serious concerns about accuracy and accountability. Most concerning was when my mom was charged for items she did not even have. The only reason those charges were removed was because she caught it herself. Otherwise, she would have unknowingly paid for products she never purchased. That is unacceptable under any circumstance and speaks volumes about the lack of attention and professionalism at this location. Between the early closing, poor attitudes, and questionable checkout practices, this location feels poorly managed and lacking basic customer respect. At this point, it seems clear that leadership either isn’t aware of what’s happening here, or worse, isn’t addressing it. I strongly suggest the owner or upper management visit this location and take a closer look at how customers are being treated. Because right now, this store stands out — and not for any positive reasons.
